Introduction

Docu Portal is Reynaers’ new online platform centralizing all up-to-date

information to support our fabricator community.

The powerful search engine makes Docu Portal as the gateway to effortless
and comprehensive catalog searches.
Let’s get started

Link Docu Portal

Once logged on to the Customer portal, you
can find the Docu Portal link in the “Quickly
navigate” section.
It’s not necessary to logon a 2nd time to use
Docu Portal

Product and calculation

Within the section “Product and calculation”
of the Customer Portal, you can find again
the link to the Docu Portal but also the link
to the actual catalog website

This is the link to the actual catalog website.
The website is up-to-dated until 1st of July !
Afterwards, it will become an archive.

Generating profile overview (Chapter C)

The Docu Portal can be used to generate profile overviews, including the static values. This is
similar to the profile overview pages in chapter C.
In this example we will generate an overview of all Masterline 8-Fu transom-mullions, combining
the search fields Category=Profile, Type=TRANSOM-MULLION and system=MASTERLINE 8-Fu“. Sorting
Using Product Category = Profiles is necessary to get an overview with static values You can use the arrow to sort the result of
a specific column
Search for “Sections” (Chapter D and E)
Select the “Sections” option, to open the Sections search engine.
The search result info is similar to chapter D (section drawings)
and chapter E (work drawings) of the catalog.
Free search
Free search = Random input to search for a
specific configuration section based on
keywords like : “panel”+ “door” “inward”
“brush”.
The free search has the same behavior as
Google search. The order of the keywords
does not impact the search results. The
best match is placed on top of the search

In this example, we are looking for the maximal dimensions for MasterPatio Standard Chicane. Most common way is to use the system search field.

Result is 2 max dimensions drawings : Standard Chicane or Slim Chicane

Search for “Glazing tables” (Chapter F)
The glazing table search is similar to the max dimensions search. Same criteria can be used to search for glazing tables.
Also here, just searching on the system name is enough to find the required glazing table : System = MasterPatio

Because there is only 1 result, the glazing table for MasterPatio is directly shown in the Portal.
Document browser can be used to find the tables for the different glass thicknesses.

The global search enables the possibility to search across all chapters.

For articles, the CAD version of the article picture can
be downloaded. For all other productions/sections/…. it
is the complete CAD drawing visible in the viewer.
Use “Open file” to open the dwg in your CAD software.
Cad drawings are based on blocks, xrefs are not used
anymore.

Download PDF
For articles, the generated PDF is a
complete overview of all the article info
available on the Docu Portal. In a certain
way, it replaces the actual pages from
chapter C and G.

Download PDF
For production steps, sections, max dimension, glazing
tables, the pdf consists of an info page and the sheets (CAD
info) visible in the Portal viewer.
Legend (Production Steps)

Used abbreviations
Some production steps like DRAINAGE, CORNER SCREW,
T SCREW, T VAR(iable) have a specific suffix explaining
the related tooling type.
Used abbreviations are :
CR = Copy Router
MC = Machine Center (like SBZ)
MFPT = Multi Functional Punch Tool and/or Punch Tool
JIG = Jig
Catalog Composer
Catalog Composer > Intro

The Catalog Composer enables you to create “Digital” catalogs based on

selections from search results and/or detail screens within the complete Catalog Composer (Basket)
Docu Portal. This means you can combine different items from all Click on this icon to enter the catalog composer.

To create a “Digital” catalog, selections can be made from search results Add to basket
and/or detail screens within the complete Docu Portal. The amount of selected items from the search is shown in the “Add

Adding more items

We will now further complete our Masterline 8-Fu catalog by adding

Our selected items are now placed in a random order (based on our different searches). The order does not
correspond with the chapters in our actual pdf catalogs. The “Arrange Items” can be used to sort the selected Arrange Items

The best way of using this digital catalog, is to consult it in Docu Portal using the
Back&Forward reading functionality (similar as with a pdf document).
If necessary, a pdf can be generated using the “Send selected items” button : Send select items
A pdf will be generated based on the selected items from your

We can store our basket catalog as a new final catalog : Select all items + Save Selected items.

New items can be added to : the basket, the last viewed/modifed catalog or another available catalog.
