TENANCY TERMINATION LETTER SAMPLE

Date: XXXXX

TO;
Mr X
Nairobi

Dear Sir,

RE: NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY

This letter serves to act as a formal notice to end the tenancy agreement
from my part.

I will leave the property by the 30th of September 2021. As per the
tenancy agreement this is a 2 months notice prior to vacation of the
property.

I would like you to inspect the property on the above stated date to assess
the property which I took care to maintain in proper condition. Following
this the tenancy deposit of 50,000/= be returned to myself. Along with me
allowing me to return the keys for the apartment.

The property will be given fresh coat of paint as agreed. All light and
water bills will also be cleared before vacation.

It has been a pleasure occupying the premises and I wish you well.

Yours faithfully,

Signed Tenant
