A. BOOSTER & PERKS
1. PERKS
a) PERKS - EXPLANATION
(1) Perks are additional tools in matches and give you the strategic advantage you’ve been looking for!
They can be purchased directly before a match begins and can be earned through our main and
side events, exclusive tournaments, special offers, and trophy milestones. the classic Shuffle and
Hammer are free to use but you can choose up to two other perks to play with instead before
starting a match. once you choose your perks, they'll be available to use only in the specific match
entered, even if they were not activated during its course. perks can add some extra spice to your
game and really give you the edge over your opponent.
b) CHECKERBOARD
(1) The Checkerboard perk is an awesome way to duplicate two random colors on the board creating a
checkerboard pattern. This is especially helpful if you are using specific boosters geared to
removing similar colors. The Checkerboard perk becomes available at 15,000 trophies.
c) REMOVE CROSS
(1) Caution! Destruction Incoming! That’s right, introducing Remove Cross. When you choose to
activate the Remove Cross perk, just like the Laser Booster, you will choose a select piece on the
board, and it will remove its row and column. Watch out, opponents! The Remove Cross perk
becomes available at 2,950 trophies.
d) ENERGY BOOST
(1) We all sometimes need an energy boost during the day. Well, here is your chance to get a boost
during your game using the Energy Boost perk. When you click on this perk, the next match you
make, no matter the color, will charge your booster as if you matched blue pieces. Meaning if you
match 3, 4, or 5 similar colors, they will be added to your boosters bar in order to help activate it.
The Energy Boost perk becomes available at 3,400 trophies.
e) MINI CLEO
(1) Who doesn’t love more scarabs from our Queen Cleo? You now have the ability to choose this perk
which will release one scarab to any piece of your choice, adding multiple similar pieces throughout
your board. This perk might not work as expected if there are not enough colors on the board, so
make sure to use it at the right time. The Mini Cleo perk becomes available at 30,000 trophies.
f) MINI COBRA
(1) You will be seeing double again with the Mini Cobra perk. When you activate her, you will choose a
column and it will be cloned to the right, making even more possibilities for greater matches. If you
were to choose the fart right column, it will clone it to the left. The Mini Cobra perk becomes
available at 10,000 trophies.
g) MINI MASTERMIND
(1) This clever little Perk will do all the work for you! When activated, it will rearrange some pieces on
the board to make special matches. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and watch the show. The
Mini Mastermind perk becomes available at 675 trophies.
h) MINI WAND
(1) The Mini Wand perk slightly mimics the Magic Wand gold booster and when activated, it chooses a
random color and eliminates it from the board! This is a great opportunity to make more matches
and try to fish out those special pieces too! The Mini Wand perk becomes available at 2,425
trophies.
2. LEGENDARY & SPECIAL EDITION
a) JELLY SE
(1) The Jelly has gotten a sweet upgrade. Introducing the Jelly SE! This fruitful Special Edition booster
has some sticky tricks on its plate. After the initial jelly activation that removes pieces, a brand new
kind of jelly will be spread around the board. Making a match in that jelly area will change the
pieces inside into the same color that you matched! This gives you the chance for extra moves and
special pieces. Polish your golden platters as this yummy booster is bound to make a sticky
improvement to your matches!
b) SWEEP IT SE
(1) Upon activation, this powerful broom will sweep 2 colors to each side and will add small brooms to
the board. Those little brooms will sweep any color you swap them with in the direction that you
made the swap. During this action, other random pieces on the board may also get changed to the
same color! (Certain modes like Moves Multiplier and Lights Up, will not count the small brooms
action by hand as a multiplier move.)
c) MIXY MEOW
(1) When activated, this clever cat will put screens on the board that will turn pieces selected into
similar colors. You will need to follow the kitty code by matching one of the colors listed. This will
convert the other colors in the code, into the color you matched. Mixy Meow’s kitty code will only be
active for one move in Knockout.
d) MONKEY JOO JOO
(1) Joo Joo unleashes his powerful mojo by initially placing 5 skulls on the board! They cross over the
board, removing all the pieces they touch along the way. Each time you explode a skull, you get
another one in it place. Monkey Joo Joo costs seven blue starts to activate.
e) BILLIE BOOM
(1) While Billie’s little robot assistant removes a random color on the board, Billie prepares to (literally)
drop some bombs. But that’s not all - Bilie keeps on dropping bombs after every move you make
while it’s your turn! Billie Boom costs seven blue stars to activate.
f) BROCCO BOOGIE
(1) When Brocco is activated, he doesn’t just boogie, he brings the party! After clearing a few random
pieces, he swaps in 3 dazzling Disco Balls to sha-sha-shake it on the dance floor. Slide those
Disco Balls toward any color, and watch them clear out all pieces of the same color! Using Disco
Balls doesn’t cost you a single move, it’s all part of the groove! On his first activation, Brocco will
light up the dance floor with three Disco Balls. On each additional activation in the same turn, he’ll
keep the beat going with two Disco Balls. While Disco Balls won’t recharge Brocco if matched
directly with a blue piece, any blue pieces collected as a side effect are invited to the party, and will
charge your booster!
g) CLEO CADABRA
(1) Swipe a Beetle with a piece, and that piece will magically scatter more of the same piece onto the
board, even special pieces
h) EL MAGNETO SE
(1) Attracts four colors to the sides of the board
i) DOCTOR COLOR SE
(1) Will change not one but TWO colors on the board to match another color
(2) May be restricted if you activate the Checkerboard perk first, and there aren’t enough colors to
match
j) ALL ABOARD SE
(1) When you gain 7 blue stars, activate the booster and it will pick out all the yellow pieces on the
board, and the trains will remove the pieces either to the left or right
(2) Four train-hijacking Bandits will jump off as the Train Choo-Choo’s through
(3) Catch these Bandits by matching them, once matched they will drop their dynamite, exploding up to
six blue or red pieces (four in solo mode) and can charge your energy
k) UFO SE
(1) Begin by abducting two unsuspecting pieces
(2) Will identify the next pieces you match and capture the next target identified for abduction
(3) This occurrence has been spotted to happen atleast once per turn.
l) VINNIE VALENTINE SE
(1) Hearts have two colors meaning they can be matched with either color
(2) While hearts wont explode by hitting special pieces on activation, they can still be triggered by
matching them three or more of the same color
(3) Joining two kindred hearts together will conquer four colors on the board
m) FOXY SE
(1) Will spray and connect random colors
(2) Use new spray cans to turn any row or column into a matching color based on the direction you
spray
n) SE BOOSTERS
(1) At 30,000 trophies, these Special Edition Boosters can be unlocked and can be purchased with
coins on your Booster selection page.

The Teleport Perk can play a very significant role in your game. Whether you need to match some blue stars to
activate your booster, or see a brilliant move ahead but there's a piece in the way, use this Perk and get the right
piece in the right place! Once activated, you'll be able to switch between any two pieces on the board and lock-in the
move you want to make! The Teleport perk becomes available at 6,000 trophies.

When engaged, the 'Create Lightning' perk will create two pieces of lightning on the board for you to use. The Create
Lightning perk becomes available at 1,500 trophies.

This dangerously exciting Perk will blow your mind...and your board, if you have any special pieces on it. Impress your
opponent by exploding all the special pieces on the board at once! Please note that there should be at least one
special piece on the board in order to be able to activate this perk. The Detonator perk becomes available at 1,950
trophies.

The 'Bomb Delivery' perk will plant a bomb in the middle of the board, exploding all the pieces around it! The Bomb
Delivery perk becomes available at 900 trophies.
When activated, Star Maker adds some blue stars to your board and helps you make better blue matches so you can
activate your booster quickly, and can even create some blue special pieces! The Star Maker perk becomes available
at 4,000 trophies.

When you feel as if the pieces on the board just aren't going your way, you can activate your Shuffle perk and mix up
all the pieces to create new combinations for you to play with.

The Hammer perk lets you choose one piece on the board which you want to remove, so choose carefully which piece
is the best to eliminate in order to give you the best outcome!

No game board is safe from the Legendary hacker, “Mixy Meow”. When activated, this clever cat will put screens on

prepares to (literally) drop some bombs. But that's not all - Billie keeps on dropping bombs after every move you make
while it's your turn! Billie Boom costs seven blue stars to activate.

BROCCO BUGGIE

Cleo Cadabra is an ancient Egyptian royalty gracing us with her presence as Legendary Booster ✨. Her mystical
powers 🪄allow her to grab pieces from the board and transform them into marvelous magical Beetles. Cleo's Beetles
have the ability to duplicate any piece on the board you feed them into multiple pieces. To activate the charm all you
need to do is swipe a Beetle with a piece, and that piece will magically scatter more of the same piece onto the board,
even special pieces! Can you enchant your match to victory ✨!

As part of our new SE class of Boosters, introducing the world’s biggest, strongest & hairiest superhero! The Special
Edition of El Magneto is even more magnetic, attracting four colors to the sides of the board and creating all kinds of
matching opportunities.

Just when we thought Dr. Color couldn’t get any more deranged, out came the Special Edition with even more volatile
test tubes! SE Doctor Color will change not one but TWO colors on the board to match another color twice. This will
leave you with absolutely loads of pieces in the same color. This means more specials and even more matching
opportunities! Please note, this booster may be restricted if you activate the Checkerboard perk first, and there aren't
enough colors to match.

All Aboard the Special Edition Booster train! When you gain 7 blue stars, activate the booster and it will pick out all the
yellow pieces on the board, and the trains will remove the pieces either to the left or right. When this Train Choo-
Choo’s on through, four train-hijacking Bandits will jump off. You can catch these Bandits by matching them, once
matched they will drop their dynamite, exploding up to six blue or red pieces (four in solo mode) and can charge your
energy!

From the Depths of Nebula, the mothership of the UFO Booster is rumoured to appear! Just like the original UFO
Booster technology, the invasion will begin by abducting two unsuspecting pieces - but the experiments don’t end
there! Once beamed aboard the mothership, the UFO-SE extractor will identify the next pieces you match and capture
the next target identified for abduction. This occurrence has been spotted to happen at least once per turn.

Just like his regular counterpart, the SE version of Vinnie Valentine is a BIG believer in spreading the love, but unlike
regular ol’ Vinnie, SE Vinnie’s hearts have two colors. This means they can be matched with either color. The special
hearts can be consumed and matched when the booster is activated. While hearts won’t explode by hitting special
pieces on activation, they can still be triggered by matching them with three or more of the same color. Joining two
kindred hearts together will conquer four colors on the board!

Oh Hey! Remember me?! Pick up a spray can, I've got somethin’ to show ya! If you thought my Booster couldn’t come
back in fashion, well FOXY’s got some news for you! 🌈 When my Special Edition booster is activated, I’ll spray and
connect random colors just like the OG booster, but then you come in to finish the job! You’ll get to use my new spray
cans to turn any row or column into a matching color based on the direction you spray. Stay Fresh! Foxy-SE out! 🦊

SE Booster or Special Edition Boosters are part of one-of-a-kind Boosters, and they possess additional powers not
found in their standard counterparts. At 30,000 Trophies, these Special Edition Boosters can be unlocked and can be
purchased with coins on your Booster selection page. Besides that, you can look out for them in Sticker album prizes,
exclusive events, and very special sales!
This booster is full of strategy, so take your time to figure out what the best move is for you! Once activated, choose a
piece! All the pieces of the same color that are in the same rows and columns of the chosen piece will be connected
by a High Voltage and zapped away! This booster requires seven blue stars to activate.

This leprechaun is up to no good! Watch him make his mischievous ways and spread his lucky clovers on the board!
They'll turn all the green pieces into clovers and give you GREAT matches! This booster costs seven blue pieces to
activate.

Mr. Appleberry LOVES fruits! Every time he is activated, he'll spread his fruits across the board and eat them all up -
along with anything else that gets in his way! The fruits correspond to the pieces on the board, so if he fancies some
lemons, the pieces he'll eat are the yellow pieces, and so on. Mr. Appleberry requires seven blue stars to activate.

Attentionnn! Meet Quack Attack's older cousin - Colonel McQuack. Our bath-time colonel deploys his troops to drop
two special pieces on the board, and then orders two rows to be eaten up! This booster costs seven blue stars to
activate.

Go back to the 90s with our sassiest fox - Foxy Roxy! This booster will spray paint some awesome long matches on
the board. Foxy costs seven blue stars to activate.

This extraterrestrial booster hoovers up two random colors on the board, scoring you more points and leaving you with
more options to make potential matches! It costs seven blue stars to activate.
Her eyes may lure you into hypnosis but don't miss the magic that happens on the board! Queen Cobra copies three
columns from the board and creates replicas for them right next to the originals - so whatever goodies you have going
on, you'll now see them DOUBLE! Queen Cobra costs seven blue stars to activate.

This booster is always at your service! Watch our smartest robot twist and turn the board and mechanically 'fix'
amazing matches for you, including special pieces! Butler Bot's services cost seven blue stars.

Hop on the yellow pieces train! This booster picks out all the yellow pieces on the board and runs its tracks either to
the left or right of the pieces. This can be especially significant if there are many yellow pieces on the board and in-
game modes such as Rainbow! It takes seven blue stars to activate this booster.

Not all superheroes wear capes! El Magneto likes to show his muscles (and his magnets 🧲 ) by taking three colors to
the sides of the board, making a fantastic opportunity for more potential matches. It costs seven blue stars to activate
this Booster.

He's the craziest scientist you'll ever meet! With the help of his test tubes, he'll change a color on the board to another
color TWICE, leaving you with a lot of pieces with the same color on the board, meaning... MATCHES! Especially
special ones! This booster costs seven blue stars to activate.

This is a gym routine you'll absolutely LOVE! Workout with Woolly while your pieces move on the board according to
his steps! Watch all the pieces transform to the color of your choice - this is extremely useful when you have a certain
score legend according to colors! Woolly Workout costs seven blue stars to activate.

Love, love, love! This cupid-hamster is ready to make you fall in love! It marks its targets and shoots his hearts onto
the board! Match these colorful hearts to remove all the other pieces of the same color from the board. The special
hearts can be consumed and matched when the booster is activated. While hearts won’t explode by hitting special
pieces on activation, they can still be triggered by matching them with three or more of the same color. Vinnie costs
seven blue stars to activate.

Deep down in the sea, there is an 8-armed chess Grand Master practicing his moves. Check out what all the splash is
about, and say hello to “Checkmate Charles”. 🐙 When this aquatic king is activated, he will send his Knights to move
around the board and remove multiple pieces.You can now claim "Checkmate" 🐙 on your opponents!

Eliminates an adjacent row AND a column of your choice from the board! This booster can be very useful if used
correctly, so be sure to strategize your move before you make it! It costs seven blue stars to activate.

This fiery little guy will stop at nothing! Once activated, create a match and watch this booster burn the pieces above
and below (or to its sides) out of your way! Horizontal matches will burn pieces from left to right, and vertical matches
will burn pieces from up to down. This booster costs seven blue stars to activate.

A wise, tranquil owl will always make the right choices. Activate this booster to see how many matches your owl can
find! The Mastermind booster will make three, four and even five-piece matches so you don't have to! It costs seven

you with the potential to create more matches (and even special matches too)! This booster only costs six blue stars to
activate!
This booster picks three random columns on the board and wipes a random portion of them out! Its activation cost is
seven blue stars and it can really knock out your opponent.

If you've already tamed the Firecracker, you should try its big brother! The Crazy Rocket booster creates a BIG
explosion on the board and eliminates all the pieces in the explosion. It costs seven blue stars to activate and can
earn you those extra points you need!

The Jelly spreads its sweet jello on the board which sticks to all the pieces it touches. When activated, you will be able
to choose what piece you would like the Jelly to spread from, and he will do the rest of the work for you! Any pieces
that got covered will be removed from the board. The Jelly costs seven blue stars to activate.

The Mystery Hat adds some magic to your game and pops out three special pieces on the board. But here's the trick -
the three special pieces will only remain on the board until the end of your turn - so if you don't match them up quickly,
they'll forever disappear. It costs seven blue stars to activate this booster.

The Firecracker costs 50 coins to acquire and when activated, the fireworks will randomly fall on the board and make
a small explosion, eliminating up to five pieces at a time. It takes six blue stars to charge.

Color Splash costs 50 coins to acquire. When activated it will paint six random pieces on the board to a random color.
This can cause some automatic matches or create great combinations for future matches, and even create special
pieces on the board! It takes 7 blue stars to activate.

Quack Attack costs 50 coins to collect! Once activated, it swims along the targets on the board's center row and
eliminates the pieces! Don't underestimate its powers 💪! The duck can do great damage if there are any special
pieces in the middle row! Its activation cost is 6 blue stars.

Daily Mode
The daily mode consists of other game modes which are different to the traditional ones. You can have up to
three modifiers. Each day, there’s a new combination of rules and modifiers. This is presented as one of the Play
options.

Anti Gravity Pieces fall from the bottom up.

Arcade Man Matches explode the whole row or column.

Best Turn Wins Your final score is your best turn’s score.

Bombs Away Bombs fall when the board is refilled.


Bullseye Bash The mixer of bullseye pieces is added.

Bullseye score increases after every move.

Color Climb Two specific colors increase your score multiplier.

After finishing the Match Masters Academy, you'll be able to collect trophies to unlock new gaming studios.
Each studio has a different theme and a special feature in it called a mixer. Mixers add a little bit of a twist to your
match.
Studios change every few hundred trophies until you reach 3,800 trophies. You’ll have to graduate from those 14
arenas in order to reach Challenger I status, the first level of the big leagues, the Master Ranks.
Play Mode before 3800 consists of classic game modes in our studios. After 3800 they will be playable randomly
under the RANDOM STUDIO option.

Choose The Perks and Booster Wisely
Match Masters Perks and Boosters are match-saving features that help players get more points, and change game
situations.

Before starting the match, select the best booster for the match based on its power, damage, past experience, and
match rewards. You could select your best booster when you are On Fire!

And, for the perks selection, use your experience, and remember which type of perks are more helpful in the current
match. You could simply choose your favorite perks as well!

Different game modes are always being added daily. You can check their rules to know what changes they bring to
the match.

Scan The Board Completely


As Match Masters is a time-limited game, there are chances to miss some important matches due to quick actions.

To avoid this, always scan the board completely for the best moves before making any matches. Also, analyze the
board continuously when the opponent is playing.

Know About Match Combos


There are different match combos in Match Masters. These combos are a match of 4+ pieces of the same color.
Match combos create special items (Arrows, Lightning, Bombs) on the board, and give extra moves when matched.

-Match 4 in a line = Creates Special Arrow (depends on whether you matched horizontally or vertically)
-Match 5 of a kind in a T or L shape= Creates Bomb Special
-Match 5 in a line = Creates Lightning
-Match 4 in a square= Creates a Unique Special Piece (Only in Square Match mode)

Combine Specials

Combine specials for more effects and get more blues.

Combine different specials, even if they’re not the same color. Doing this triggers both specials’ effects, and can
gather nearby blues to build up your booster.

This also applies to certain boosters such as Billie Boom’s bombs, Monkey Joo Joo skulls, and Vinnie Valentine’s
hearts.

Get Rid of Extra Moves


Get rid of extra moves before activating your booster.

In most game modes, it’s a good idea to clear any extra moves on the board before using your booster.

This can earn you more points, which might help you win or set up bigger moves on the board.

It will also create special pieces that may be valuable, and that you can use to your advantage once you activate your
booster.

Be Smart With Your Extra Moves


Match the extra moves that are higher up on the board.

If there are several extra moves on the board, make sure you use the one that won’t mess up the others first.

A good idea is to start with the one above since it usually won’t disrupt the rest of the board below.

This is good to think about when using the Checkerboard perk.

Use Perks Wisely


Perks are small in size, but have the power to change whole game situations. There are different Match Masters perks
in the game. You can choose any two perks for your match based on your playing style and match type. (Whichever
are available in your inventory)

If you switch game modes or events, make sure to update your perks so they benefit you in those matches.

Focus on Booster Activation


Boosters play a key role in any match. Your game points and board situation change when you use a booster.

By matching blue stars, you can activate your booster. So, when you scan the board for matches, make matching blue
stars your priority if you are looking for more booster activations.

Booster Ready for Next Turn


Use your booster to build it right back up and keep activating it.

In Match Masters, it’s crucial in various game modes that boosters can snowball. This means you can use your
booster to quickly build it up again and keep using it.

For example, if you use the UFO SE on blue pieces, it clears all the blues and adds to your booster, allowing you to
use it again. That’s why it’s important to keep your booster ready, so you don’t waste turns trying to get it back.

Sometimes it's worth missing an activation right as your time is about to finish, to keep it ready for the next round.

Use Moves Before Time Runs Out


In Match Masters, you need to use your moves within a time limit. Here, every second counts. So, be quick in your
actions and try to use all moves within the time limit.

If you find yourself with extra time, scan the board for possibly better matches.

Reduce Opponent Opportunities


Board special items and match combos are opportunities that you have to remove or reduce for the opponent.

Try to catch available opportunities to mash up the board or remove red pieces.

Stay Calm
Match Masters is a quick-action and limited-time game. Make sure to stay calm and make your match decisions
wisely. Don’t think too much, only focus on things that are under your control.

Never Give Up
In the game, it may be possible that your opponent gets more points in the initial rounds. Don’t give up, and continue
your match normally. If you use the booster and perks correctly, and make good decisions, you can possibly catch up
and defeat your opponent.
Learn From Your Mistakes
The more matches you play, the more new things you learn in the game. Learn from your mistakes when you lose a
match, or if your opponent makes a good move in the game, and use that lesson for your future games.
