TO WITNESS ULAGAMMAL SELLAMANI (DOB: JUNE 20,1967)
We, SATHIYARAJ SUBBIAH & MUTHULAKSHMI SELLAMANI, residents of #7, 2919, UNWIN ROAD NW, CALGARY,
ALBERTA, CANADA T2N 4C8.
DO HEREBY SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT:
1. We SATHIYARAJ SUBBIAH & MUTHULAKSHMI SELLAMANI are on permanent residents in Canada. I,
SATHIYARAJ SUBBIAH, currently work as a full time cook at Gaucho Brazilian BBQ restaurant. My total
income for 2017 as per my notice of assessment was approximately $28,000.00. We can be reached at
(403) 707-5317.
2. We would like to invite my mother-in-law, ULAGAMMAL SELLAMANI, to visit us in Canada as my wife is
currently expecting our first child with a due date of February 17, 2019. We would like my mother-in-law
to spend time with my wife before the baby is born and to see her grandchild for the first time.
3. She is currently residing at 9/34, USILANAKOTTAI, THONDI, RAMANATHAPURAM, TAMIL NADU, INDIA 623
403. She has sufficient funds to support her travel and stay in Canada. She is financially and socially well
connected in India as she is housewife and no intention or motivation of over staying her visa in Canada.
4. She is already in possession of a valid passport in order to enable her to travel to Canada upon acquiring
visa endorsement thereon. We are ready, willing and able to accord adequate financial assistance and to
defray all of her living expenses including those of her lodging, boarding, travelling, health care needs, etc.
during the course of her lawful stay in Canada as a visitor.
5. She is a law-abiding person with no criminal record anywhere. She is not inadmissible in any manner and
does not fall under any category of exclusion under Canadian Immigration laws and regulations. She has
no prior history of having contravened the conditions of admission in Canada.
6. She is not inadmissible to Canada on health grounds and will not become burden on health care and social
assistance program of Canada.

7. We undertake that she will respect all the conditions of her admission and will leave Canada by the end of
the period authorized for her stay in Canada. She is financially and socially well settled in India and has
strong ties with India. She will return to India and we will assist her in making any such arrangements for
her return.
AND WE MAKE THIS SOLEMN DECLARATION, conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of the
same legal force and effects as if made under oath and by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act.
