Printing slides
• If you cannot print slides by using the attachment in the
upper right hand corner then your computer is not allowing
the notes to be downloaded to your computer. Pro D
Seminars cannot do anything on our end to fix this but we
can offer advice. It is probably related to your computer
security. There should be a message at the top of your
browser asking if you want to allow pop ups from Pro D
website. Click allow and then try to download notes again.
• For the MAC issue on printing slides from Pro D Seminars.
The user needs to click on "SAFARI" on the top left menu
drop down, and then uncheck "Block Pop-Up Windows".
Then Click on "Print Slides". The PDF should pop up at that
point.
