Canara Card Lounge Access Update

Starting from April 1, 2025, Canara Credit Card holders can gain complimentary airport lounge access by spending Rs 10,000 or more in the previous quarter, excluding ATM cash withdrawals. The lounge access will be activated within 7 days of reaching the spending threshold or at the start of the next quarter, depending on when the spending occurs. Certain exclusions apply, including specific RUPAY lounges and cards with annual fees, while all other eligibility terms remain unchanged.

With effect from 01 April 2025, Lounge access program for Canara Credit Cards will be based on spend

other than ATM Cash


withdrawal in the previous Quarter. The spend calculation quarter will begin from 01.01.2025 and the spend based Lounge
access will be enabled from 01.04.2025 based on the spends of the previous quarter.
Spend Rs 10,000 or more using your Credit Card in a calendar Quarter to automatically activate your complementary access to
airport lounges for the next calendar Quarter. Lounge access program for the card gets activated after 7 days of achieving Rs
10,000 spend or by 7th day of the next Quarter whichever is earlier.
Case 1: If the cumulative spend on a credit card in Jan-March 2025 Quarter reaches Rs 10,000 by 10 Jan 2025, Lounge access
program for the card gets activated automatically on 1st day of the next Quarter i.e., 01 Apr 2025.
Case 2: If the cumulative spend on a credit card in Jan-March 2025 Quarter reaches Rs 10,000 by 23rd of last month of the
Quarter i.e. 23 March 2025, Lounge access program for the card gets activated automatically on 1st day of the next
Quarter i.e., 01 Apr 2025.
Case 3: If the cumulative spend on a credit card in Jan-March 2025 Quarter reaches Rs 10,000 after 23rd of last month of the
Quarter i.e. on 29 March2025, Lounge access program for the card will be activated automatically by 06 April 2025.
Case 4: If the cumulative spend on a credit card in Jan-March 2025 Quarter reaches Rs 10,000 after 23rd of last month of the
Quarter i.e. on 31 March 2025, Lounge access program for the card will be activated automatically by 08 April 2025.

Unused complimentary visits will be reset to zero at the end of each calendar quarter. Lounge access will be as per card eligibility
already available on card.

Exclusions:
1) In exclusive RUPAY lounges for all the RUPAY credit card customers (Platinum, Select and higher variants)
2) Schemes of the Bank where credit card is issued as part of any scheme and complementary lounge access is also part of the
scheme will be excluded
3) In case of cards with annual fee (either borne by the Bank or the customer).

All other Terms and Conditions regarding eligibility for Lounge access program on Canara Bank Credit card remains unchaged.
