1 Vision and opportunity
Goals
I have planned to complete my higher education to obtain some other certificates that
may help me gain a competitive advantage over others.
After leaving collage, my goal is to work for an organization for the first few years to get
some experience.
Once getting the desired experience and the required amount, I have a goal to start my
own business.

Market and opportunities
Entrepreneurship is expanding in the market as the government is providing lower
interest loans to promote self-employment. It will help me in achieving my goals.

Technology and education are being promoted in the UAE, and my qualification will help
me easily enter a technology-based market.
As I am confident, positive, and honest with my work, I can also become an advisor.
After completing my certificates and higher education, I can find myself working for a
multinational organization as an executive as there is high scope of managerial
certificates.

I will try to work hard and give my hundred percent in every task assigned to my group or me. I
will offer a good team as I will value the opinion of others as well. I will not hesitate to work on
behalf of my team member if, for any reason, that member is not available. It is mainly because I
believe in maintaining healthy relations with my colleagues. Further, as I have a plan to start my
own business in the later part of my life, I will create job opportunities and will return happiness
to this society through charity and adopting sustainable business practices. My goal as a
businesswoman is to hire individuals who want to serve the community.
Differentiate from other UAE students
Moreover, my strength is maintaining healthy relations with others, so I have to learn about
different cultures and religions online. This quality of languages differentiates me from others
from the broader populace as I learn to satisfy others.

3 Risks and Mitigation
3.1 Milestones and checkpoints
My immediate goal right now is to complete my degree; I believe that education is essential for
my success, and thus I want to work hard and complete my degree. Competition for my degree
will be my first milestone in the current stage of my life. I am also ensuring that I complete this
degree with a good score and GPA; thus, I have developed a checklist for myself. This checklist
helps me maintain my scores and percentages to complete my degree on time and with a good
score.
Once I will complete my degree, I will try to get a job. Getting a reputable job would be my
second milestone. For finding a good job, I have also developed a checklist. I will try to find a
good and relevant job that would complement my degree and education. Finding a relevant job is
the first point in my job hunt checklist. I will also ensure that the organization that I apply to has
a good reputation in the market. Finding an ethical organization is also an important factor for
me; this is the second important point in my checklist.
Once I have worked with my organization's organization for a certain time, I would like to save
enough money to support my business. Collecting and saving enough money would be my third
milestone.
3.2 Determining success
All of my three milestones are very simple; completion of these will be a success in itself.
However, I believe I would be successful if I am able to secure a position in my class. Getting a
position will clearly enhance the success of degree completion. With the increased competition
in the market, getting a job can be quite tough. If I can get a job within three months of my
degree competition, I would consider it to be a successful event. Saving enough money for a
business could be a time-consuming process; however, if I can save enough money within a year,
I would consider it to be a successful venture. Setting these values to my goals will help me stay
focused and will help me in staying concentrated.
3.3 External factors that could impact my success
Many factors can impact my success plans. For example, I will try my best to secure a good
grade; however, if I could not secure good marks, it would disturb my plan of attaining the

class's position. Similarly, with the increased competition in the market and the economic
conditions of the world, it can get difficult to get new jobs. Thus attaining a job can be difficult
and thus can disturb my plan. Similarly, the country's economic condition can disturb my
business plan, too, as if I won't be able to secure enough funds, I might not be able to start my
business.
3.4 Backup strategies and plan
To ensure that I am able to attain my goals, I must develop some strategies. For example, I am
already applying for internship programs at different organizations, so that I would have some
way to support myself after the completion of my degree. I have also developed a saving fund for
myself; I have been saving money so that I could have some funding to support my business. I
have also discussed my plans with my father and teachers, as they both can provide me with
support and knowledge about what is right and how I can attain my goals.
