VISION AND OPPORTUNITY :
MY GOALS AFTER LEAVING COLLAGE :
I have many goals to achieve after graduation, I plan to achieve my educational master degree in
innovation and entrepreneurship. it is important to me because it brings me joy and fulfillment
and this path will provide me with the motivation needed to get through the tough obstacles in
my life. To do that I need to get the necessary skills and training to open my own business which
has been my dream for the longest time. when I was in high school I didn't know what I wanted
to do in my life and future or what I'm going to be, but since I started university one of my
friends recommended me to apply for a business major in innovation and entrepreneurship. At
first, I wasn't sure about studying that major until I did some research regarding all the materials
and decisions I have to take. After some thoughts, I decided to give it a try. Furthermore, taking
some courses at the university helped motivate me to start a business And gain some skills,
experience, and visions of innovative products and ideas that can attract customers and solve
some problems in society while in the future help my business to be successful. I keep all that in
mind for the sole purpose of becoming a successful businesswoman. nowadays the business
world is full of well-educated and fierce people, that's got me thinking of :

My purpose and mission are to set an example that all women can be leaders and CEOs of any
company with no discrimination, also be a successful CEO in the United Arab Emirates. What I
value most when opening a business is having mutual trust and communication in order to
achieve business goals and be successful.
THE MARKET AND OPPORTUNITY :
Since I'm planning to find a job when I graduate from university, I need to market myself in a
good way in order for organizations to employee me since I am a person who loves to create,
design, and come up with innovative ideas. personality-wise I'm an organized person with a good
leadership style that can maintain good grades in university.

MARKETING AND IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY :
The things that I am capable with is that I can create, design a products with innovative ideas for
business because I am a student of Innovation And Entrepreneurship . Also I’m a responsible
person , this is one of the key point that is important for success because everyday decision
includes taking accountability for my own choices and behaviour, Although my actions have an
impact on other people so I’m being careful of what I tell to people or what I do.
What’s makes me different from other students is that I’m innovative when it come to proposing
fresh thoughts and when I’m doing my tasks I still look for integrity, However, I'm an organized
person with a good leadership style that can maintain good grades in university, Also I can work
creatively with others, problem-solving and communicate clearly. Furthermore, I’m planning on
working with American university in Dubai as a leader in the canter of Entrepreneurship and
Innovation. I have a good leadership style and the innovative ideas so this job is suitable for me.
it will be my pleasure to work with them and to plan, manage, develop a proposal on the
direction for the canter and lead the entrepreneurship and innovation canter and activities across
AUD. Although, as a leader I’m willing to be a role model for employees and encourage the
team members to take an active role in coming up with ideas and plans .
RISK AND MITIGATION :
I started college in 2018 and since then I completed two years of my course material, What is left
for me is four semesters in order to graduate from university and it will be in the year 2022. In
addition, Since I'm going to graduate soon I conducted some researches on job opportunities in
the UAE to gain more experience from it. In the future to start my own business and support it
there will be a lot of decisions and risks I might identify and face, some of those decisions
include :
Making a financial decision such as investment, loan, and funding’s.
Finding labor workers and providing paychecks and also having an emergency fund.
Do some researches about the customer needs and wants, their interest, and what is
popular nowadays.
see how the economy is running and what's in the market.
Making your own decisions and having the ability to change it can enable me to prepare for the
risks I might face in the future.

I believe that success is a life that I can live each day because I can survive with optimistic
attitude every day, and have a feeling of happiness with my situation, I have a balance in all the
essential aspects in my life, and have energy and money to do what I am passionate about,
however, I'm willing to add positive value to people's lives, from a personal and professional
standpoint.

FAILURES I’VE FACED IN LIFE :
During these past years, I've faced many barriers and difficulties That made me rethink my life
choices and decisions that I made and also learn from it. Some of the failures I faced include:
I failed to get a career in Law because it was my first career choice since I wanted to be a
lawyer.
I used to have poor self-esteem and didn't have confidence in my abilities including
thinking about the negative outcomes that might happen.
Ethics :
Ethics Is defined as the principle that describes the right or wrong and the correct and incorrect
behaviors . Some of the ethical principles actions include :
justice and fairness in workplaces.
Doing the right thing.
avoid harming people intentionally.
Giving people the right to make their own decisions.
Being truthful with people.
avoid judging people.
Furthermore, some of the role models I look up to are Bill Gates, Oprah, and Majid Al Futtaim ,
I chose them because of their successful business career and they are big motivators for me to be
successful.
MENTORS :
Bill Gates : is an American business magnate , software developer , investor , and philanthropist.
I chose him because he motivates me to open a business and how to be successful which that’s
what I want to be in the future .
Oprah : she’s an American talk show host , actress , television producer ,media executive , and
philanthropist . she encourage me to do what I want or what I love , she always give a speech
about life decision and how to overcome our failure .
H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed : He is the crown prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi And
Deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed forces .He Also known as “one of the most
powerful men on Earth” , Furthermore , he has the ability to control every difficult situations he
might face and that’s what makes me be amazed all the time .
