Notice-cum-Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key
Information Memorandum (KIM) of below mentioned Scheme of ICICI Prudential
Mutual Fund (“the Fund”)
In terms of paragraph 17.4.1.h. of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/
CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024 (the Master Circular), investors are requested to take
note of the revised Risk-o-meter for the below mentioned Scheme of the Fund:

The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Scheme
of the Fund as on December 31, 2024. The Risk-o-meters of the close-ended scheme(s)
of the Fund which have matured as of the date of this Notice cum Addendum, have not
been shown.
Investors are requested to take note of the Risk-o-meter while investing through various
modes and channels.
Any change in risk-o-meter of the scheme or its benchmark shall be communicated
by way of Notice cum Addendum and by way of an e-mail or SMS to unitholders of
that particular scheme. Further, the Risk-o-meter shall form part of product literature,
advertisements and any other communications with respect to the Schemes of the Fund.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, except as specifically modified
herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of
the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
