Tiret micro enterprise is an organization which was established by 10-yoths with the
facilitator of bole sub city administration MSE office and assume you are one of the
members of this enterprise the main purpose of the enterprise are to make the
owners self-employed to contribute some thing to nation’s economy and to earn
profit by producing standardized quality brisk (blokes)to the construction industry.
However ,currently the competition is becoming very high the cost of raw materials
is increasing and the members of the enterprise are from different back ground and
culture.
There fore to achieve the main purpose (organizational goals ) and to survive in the
