1. Crete material in /nmm01
2. Crete a PO : /nme21n
3. Crete an Inbound : /nvl31n , save it… it will be distributed to EWM
4. Crete a storage bin : /n/scwm/ls01
5. Go to /n/scwm/prdi : call the inbound and execute it
6. Complete the GR.
7. Create the warehouse task.
8. Specify the destination bin created in step 3 above
9. Confirm the warehouse task
10. Go to /n/scwm/mon
/nmmbe
/nmb51
Select the below views
1. Crete material in /nmm01
Type the t code
Type the material name
Keep them as it as.
Press enter after selecting the views Execute button, it will take
you to the next page
Type the t code in blank page
2. Crete a PO : /nme21n to come here
Adopt button, select PO and click
on adopt button
After clicking Selection variant, select
After clicking Selection variant-→ either purchase order or my purchase
order to get any old PO’s
2. Crete a PO : /nme21n Type the t code in blank page
to come here
Make sure all these are as is.
Erase this typed the material created in step 1, enter the right plant
(ttt1) and SLOC (ROD) and save it. After saving note down the PO no.

Crete an Inbound : /nvl31n , save it…
to come here
Enter the PO no from
previous step and press
enter. It will go to the page in
next slide.
Inbound will be distributed to EWM
Save the file. It will be distributed to EWM. You will get message “Inbound Delivery
XXXXXXXXX was saved and distributed to the WMS” note down the inbound delivery no.
Crete a storage bin : /n/scwm/ls01 Type the t code in blank page
to come here
Maintain warehouse name as
ttt1 only.
Type the bin name and press
enter.
Type the storage type as “0020”
and save it. It will create a bin as
per the name given.
Go to /n/scwm/prdi : call the inbound and execute it

Execute button
Type the inbound delivery from previous
step to this filed and press execute button
next to it.
Complete the GR.
After pressing the execute button in previous button, it will open this page.
Press this button to complete the GR. It will complete the GR and the
status will be updates as completed here.
Create the warehouse task.
To move the product from Gr zone to the destination bin,
create a warehouse task by clicking here. Which will open the
pages in next slide

After entering the destination bin,
click on this button to save the

Enter storage type as 0020
Enter the bin name created previously in
slide 7.
Create the warehouse task.
After saving the warehouse task, it
will create a warehouse order.

Select the row and click on this
button to confirm the warehouse
order which will confirm the
warehouse task/warehouse order.

The status gets updated as
confirmed and the product has
come to the destination bin..
