Anchor 1: Teacher’s Day is celebrated on the 5th of September every year in
India to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a great
teacher, philosopher, and the second President of India. His life and
teachings inspire us to appreciate and respect our teachers for their endless
efforts.
Anchor 2: As Sant Kabir Das beautifully said,
“गुरु गोविन्द दोऊ खड़े, काके लागू पाय।
बलिहारी गुरु आपने, गोविन्द दियो बताय॥“
This couplet highlights the greatness of a teacher who leads us to
enlightenment.
