Dear Parent,
Warm greetings from Vijetha Vidyalaya.
As we bid farewell to another academic year, we want to take a moment to express our
deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and partnership. Your trust, encouragement, and
involvement have been instrumental in making this year a success.
We appreciate the countless ways you've contributed to your child's growth and education,
from attending parent-teacher meetings to helping with homework and projects. Your dedication
and commitment to your child's well-being are truly valued.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your enthusiastic participation and
support in making our Science Exhibition a resounding success! We are grateful for your
encouragement, which made a lasting impact on our students scientific journey.
Term – II Examinations:
Term-II Examinations will be conducted from 20th March 2025 to 28th March 2025.
Classes for the New Academic Year 2025-2026 will commence from 2nd April 2025 and
will be continued upto 23rd April 2025.
Summer Vacation:
Summer holidays for students promoted to classes PPII to X are from 24th April 2025 to
10th June 2025. School reopens after the vacation on 11th June 2025.
Summer holidays for students of Toddler and PP1 are from 24 th April 2025 to 8th June 2025.
School reopens after the vacation on 9th June 2025.
Note: As regular teaching sessions begin from 2nd April 2025, students must attend the school
regularly.
Progress reports: Progress reports will be issued as given below.

Books and Uniform:
For the convenience of the parents we are arranging an outlet to purchase the books and
uniform in the school premises. You can purchase the books and uniform from 2nd April 2025
onwards. The schedule and timings for purchasing the books and uniform will be given shortly.
Tuition Fee:
Tuition fees should be paid in three instalments for Toddler, PP1, PP2 and grades I to X
First Instalment on or before 12th April
Second Instalment on or before 12th August
Third Instalment on or before 12th November
Parents are advised to pay the first instalment for the academic year 2025-2026 on or before
12th April 2025.
Transport:
Parents sending their wards by school van should submit a declaration letter in the office
seeking permission to send their children by van. Transport fee is payable in two instalments. In
order to avoid inconvenience in commuting the students, the first instalment of transportation fee
should be paid on or before 12th April 2025, failing which students will not be permitted to avail the
transport facility.
Transfer certificate:
Parents seeking T.C. should submit an application addressing the Principal on or
before 28th March 2025.
In case any parent submits the application after 28th March 2025, TC will be issued
only after the payment of I instalment of the new academic year 2025-2026.
Parents are requested to cooperate and any arguments in this regard will not be entertained.
