research, online learning, maintain records, create documents, and learn about new, developing
technologies. Computer education can cover a wide range of topics, from fundamental computer abilities to
complex programming principles. The aim of computer education is to help students acquire the abilities
they need to utilize computers successfully and efficiently. Learn how to access and use information, operate
technology and software, and create and share material, among other things. Nowadays, learning about
computers is only a small part of computer education. Lessons in computer programming and graphic design.
3. MEDICINE
A lot of diagnostic equipment is now thought to be completely dependent on computer capabilities.
Hospital information systems, medical data analysis, medical imaging laboratory computing, and conducting
essential medical tests like ultrasonography, CT scans, MRIs, blood tests, etc. are just a few examples of how
computers are extensively used in the medical field. Computers are another tool used by doctors to present
their findings, explain the ailment, and outline the recommended course of treatment. 3D modeling and
drawing can be done on computers. Computer-assisted therapy, critical illness patient care, and medical
decision-making. Every day, a large segment of the population is becoming more and more accustomed to
using computers. The introduction of microcomputers in the late 1970s, followed by improvements in
performance in the 1980s, brought computers into our homes. Without a doubt, computers have completely
changed how we live.
4. SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING
Computers are used by scientists and engineers for performing complex scientific calculations, for
designing and creating drawings (CAD/CAM applications), as well as for simulating and testing the designs.
Computers assist in the design process, store complex data and robots, perform complex calculations, and
provide a means of visualizing three-dimensional objects. They are also heavily utilized in the fields of fluid
mechanics, solid mechanics, and others. Without computers, complex scientific applications such as rocket
launches, space exploration, etc. would not be possible.
5. ENTERTAINMENT
Computers are utilized to simulate games and test out various gaming tactics. Computers are
frequently used for entertainment purposes, including online movie and television viewing, cartoon
animation production, video game play, and image and video editing software.

7. SPORTS
The sports world has been completely transformed by computers. Computers are used by sports
teams and other organizations to keep score, keep player records, generate virtual playing fields, and
simulate new sports strategies and tactics. Computers are used by sports equipment makers to design and
test new equipment. Keeping track of statistical information is crucial in the world of sports. Sports agents,
spectators, and participants all need to be aware of how well they are or have been performing at all times.
In sports, computers are utilized to gather and monitor such data.
