8 Keep close monitoring on fuel oil consumption.
9 Ensuring proper logging of all critical parameters is being done at all locations by respective operators and engineers.
10 Ensure 5S & Safety in shifts.
11 Ensure healthiness of fire fighting system.
12 To prepare DGR and APC report in night shift.
13 Monitoring and approving defects and issuing PTWs
14 Arranging knowledge sharing session and developing juniors for taking higher responsibility
15 Reducing the Specific heat rate and increase plant efficiency.
16 To identify system improvement plan and get it executed.
