Experience developing and maintaining organisation-wide data systems and

tools: While my recent roles haven't been solely focused on building organisation-
wide systems, my Data Skills Bootcamp provided me with a strong "foundational
knowledge in data architecture, governance, big data structures, and database
management (Access, SQL)". In my Operations Assistant role at Clarion Housing
Group, I actively utilised and maintained data within Microsoft 365 and various
CRM systems to track liabilities and communications, demonstrating my ability to
work within established data frameworks and ensure their integrity.

Experience in analysing and reporting on programme performance,

outcomes and impact: My recent Data Skills Bootcamp was instrumental in
developing my analytical capabilities. I gained hands-on experience using MS
Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create "impactful data visualisations to support
strategic decision-making." I also "performed data cleaning and exploratory data
analysis (EDA) using R programming" and "leveraged Python to process, interpret,
and visualise complex datasets... delivering meaningful business insights." This
directly aligns with the job's requirement to "conduct high-quality data analysis to
uncover trends, measure outcomes, and support learning across projects and
departments."

Experience supporting cross-organisational stakeholders with data and

insight needs: In my role at Clarion Housing Group, I "coordinated with internal
and external stakeholders to manage invoices, payments, and data smoothly."
This experience has equipped me with the collaborative skills necessary to "work
closely with project, fundraising, policy and communications teams to ensure their
data and insight needs are met," as outlined in the job description. I understand
the importance of tailoring data to different audiences.

Experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboards, visualisation and

reporting: This is a key strength of mine. My CV explicitly highlights my
experience with "Data Visualisation: Excel, Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn),
Tableau, Power BI." I received "comprehensive training in Power BI Data Analyst
Associate (PL-300)" during my bootcamp, and I regularly used "Power BI reports"
in my previous role at Clarion Housing Group to manage and track council tax and
utility communications. I am confident in my ability to "support the development of
dashboards, data visualisations and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI."
Experience applying both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods: My
data skills bootcamp included "Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)," which involves
both quantitative and qualitative approaches to understanding data. While my CV
showcases more quantitative examples, my comprehensive training in data
analysis tools and techniques has prepared me to handle both types of data
effectively to extract meaningful insights.

Experience presenting complex data in accessible formats for internal and

external audiences: A core aspect of my data skills training involved creating
"impactful data visualisations." Furthermore, in my role as a Personal Tax
Operations Advisor at HMRC, I was responsible for "feeding clear information" to
customers, often simplifying complex tax details. This experience has honed my
ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, which is crucial
for "presenting data in clear, engaging formats" to various stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related data
tools: My CV clearly states my "Strong analytical skills" and lists my proficiency in
"Excel, Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn), Tableau, Power BI, Database
Management: SQL, MS Azure, Data Cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)."
My Google and IBM Data Analyst Professional Certifications further validate my
expertise in these areas.

Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality

assurance: My bootcamp provided me with "foundational knowledge in data
architecture, governance, big data structures, and database management." I also
have practical experience with "data cleaning" and "exploratory data analysis
(EDA)," which are vital for ensuring data integrity and quality, aligning with the
job's focus on "implementing data quality assurance processes."

Working knowledge of ethical data handling and GDPR compliance: While

not explicitly detailed on my CV, my professional certifications and experience
handling sensitive "tenant data" at Clarion Housing Group would have
necessitated an understanding of data privacy and ethical handling, including
GDPR considerations. I am committed to upholding high standards in data
governance.

Ability to communicate technical and analytical content clearly to non-

specialists: As mentioned, my experience at HMRC involved simplifying complex
information for customers. My "Soft Skills" also highlight "Stakeholder
communication," which I believe is essential for bridging the gap between technical
data and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to deadlines: In

my role at HMRC, I consistently "met the KPI target of 30 calls per day,"
demonstrating my ability to work efficiently and meet targets independently. As a
Customer Service UCAS Advisor, I "strengthened adaptability and time
management skills in a fast-paced environment, making certain no query was left
unresolved." These experiences showcase my self-management and
organisational skills.
Commitment to collaborative working and cross-functional teamwork: My
"Soft Skills" prominently feature "Collaboration & teamwork." At Clarion Housing
Group, I "coordinated with internal and external stakeholders," and as an Audit
Assistant, I "provided ad-hoc support to other members of the audit department." I
thrive in collaborative environments and understand the value of teamwork.

Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in practice: As a fluent

speaker of Mirpuri, I have a personal understanding of diverse communication
needs and the importance of fostering an inclusive environment. I am committed to
promoting equality and diversity in all aspects of my work.
Strong alignment with Living Streets' mission and values; Proactive,
solution-focused mindset with a continuous improvement ethos: My personal
interests, such as "Reading" for "self-improvement and knowledge-building," and
"Sports Participation" which strengthens "teamwork, strategy, and focus," reflect a
proactive and continuously improving mindset. I am genuinely motivated by
transforming data into actionable insights that drive positive change, which I
believe aligns perfectly with Living Streets' mission to enable data-informed
decision-making and strengthen their campaigns.
