Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support
data-driven decision-making across various business functions. You will work closely with stakeholders from
different departments to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful analyses and reports.
Responsibilities:
● Collect and process large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
● Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
● Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI).
● Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
● Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data quality initiatives.
● Document data analysis processes and findings clearly and concisely.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization.
● Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or
a related discipline.
● Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
● Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Python (with libraries
like Pandas, NumPy).
● Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
● Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
● Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
● Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
