Clear Skin Routine & Checklist
Morning Routine
1. Cleanser:
- CeraVe Foaming Cleanser or Simple Refreshing Facial Wash
2. Vitamin C Serum:
- Minimalist Vitamin C 10% + AG 1%
- Use 2-3 drops on clean, damp face
3. Moisturizer:
- Pond's Super Light Gel or Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel
4. Sunscreen (most important):
- Derma Co Hyaluronic SPF 50 or La Shield SPF 40+
- Reapply every 3-4 hours if outdoors
Night Routine
1. Cleanser: Same as morning
2. Niacinamide Serum:
- The Ordinary or Minimalist Niacinamide 10% + Zinc
3. Moisturizer: Same as morning
4. Retinoid (3 nights/week):
- Differin (Adapalene 0.1%) or Deriva-C
- Use only a tiny amount at night. Avoid eye/lip areas.
Weekly Treatments
1. Clay Mask (1x/week):
- Mamaearth C3 or DIY Multani Mitti + Rose Water

2. Exfoliation (1x/week):
- The Ordinary or Minimalist Salicylic Acid 2%
- Use on a different night than retinoid
Extra Tips
- Avoid picking or touching your face.
- Change pillowcases every 3-4 days.
- Drink 2-3L of water daily.
- Reduce sugar, dairy, and oily foods.
- Be patient! Skin improves in 8-12 weeks with consistency.
