Welcome to your online onboarding experience with Metrobank!
As we finalize your pre-employment requirements, medical exams, background investigation, and hiring
approvals, we would like you to complete all the following onboarding tasks:
1) Complete and fill-out necessary details and information on your online onboarding profile which includes
your address, Emergency Contact, Dependents Information, Government IDs, and more
2) Upload your pre-employment requirements in the system (Optional/ not required)
3) Confirm and affix your confirmation on the necessary documents and hiring
Please follow the steps below for your reference and guidance
Step1: Open the Email Prompt
You will receive an email prompt from SYSTEM with the subject “Welcome to the Onboarding Application”
Open the email and you will be redirected to the email message
Step 2: Reset your Password
After opening the email, you will be prompted to reset your
password. Click the “link” and you will be redirected to a new
window.
Type in your new password and click Save/ Update.
Important: Please reset your password BEFORE attempting to
Log In. Erroneous log-in entries may lead to account suspension
After changing your password, you may now click the “Here”

If you have not received this email or if you cannot find the
hyperlink, kindly follow the URL format below. Just replace the
red text with your username

Step 3: Log-in to your Onboarding Account
You will be asked to log-in into the onboarding account.
Use your email as your username
Use the password which you created in Step 2
Afterwards, click “Log In”
Step 4: Provide Data for Onboarding Paperwork
Your first task is to review and input your necessary
details
Reminder: Always type in ALL CAPS
To get started, click on the “Provide Data for
Onboarding Paperwork”
You will receive this pop-up message. Click “Get Started”
Validate if your birthdate is correct
Complete the Country of birth and Place of Birth

Input your Government IDs
Click on the “Add” button so you can start adding your Government IDs like TIN, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and
SSS number
Choose the Type of ID by clicking the Nation ID Card Type
Reminders:
Please make sure that the ID number that you are encoding is complete and accurate
You will also need to attach a photocopy of your ID as proof
Keep click the add button until you’ve completed all ID information

Input your contact details
Type in your personal email and your Mobile Number. Please don’t forget to choose “yes” under the
“Primary” dropdown field
Type in your Emergency Contact and your Dependents

Submit your Preliminary Information
After saving your email and mobile number, you may go ahead and click the submit button.
Please do not edit the Job Information and the Compensation Information.
After clicking the Submit button, a pop-up window will appear.
Click Submit once again
After completing this step, you will receive an email prompt. Click the “Here” hyperlink to to continue your

Step 5: Complete your additional Information
After clicking the “here” link in the email provided, you will be redirected again to your log-in page. Kindly
use the same username and password to enter the onboarding module.
After Logging in, please click the “to-do” button and click “Complete Additional Onboarding Tasks”
Upon clicking, you will be redirected to several pages where you will be asked to upload your pre-
employment documents. Please note that you can skip this process by clicking the “Next Button” You are
not required to upload any documents in the system

The following are the required information you need to enter:
TIN ID
Personal Information
Education and Training
Work Experience
After completing these required information, you will receive an email prompt to direct you on the final step
Step 6: Completing the e-signature steps
Login to your account and click “Complete e-signature of documents” under your To-Do item

Afterwards, you will be redirected to a list where you need to confirm/ accept. Please note, that you are also
not required to upload any documents here since you will be submitting these documents via hardcopy.
After completing all the required steps, click Submit All > Tick mark the I accept button > Click Submit
Afterwards, you will receive an email prompt with Subject “You Completed e-Signing the Documents”
Once completed, please wait for the confirmation of your TA officer re the final steps of your hiring.
