Continue your web registration or wish to
reprint Acknowledgement form
If you wish to complete your web registration or take print
of the Acknowledgement form later, then note down your
Acknowledgement number and visit the “Complete your
registration” link on NSR homepage and enter your
Acknowledgement Number and Login Password to
complete the same.
POS Registration
• Take the printout of the Acknowledgement Form and paste your
color photograph
• Visit the Point of Service (POS) available in your company location.
• The POS will scan your finger prints, photograph & Signature
• The POS will also do the identity checking
• Carry your Wipro employment identity card for photo identity
check.
• Name on the photo id proof needs to match with the name on the
Acknowledgement form.

Post Registration Process
• You will get your 12 digit IT Professional Identification
Number (ITPIN) by email after upload of your biometrics
by POS.
• Kindly provide the ITPIN to your company HR.
• After getting your ITPIN kindly go the NSR site
https://nationalskillsregistry.com and click on link
“Already Registered – Access your profile” and enter
your ITPIN, Login Id and Login Password to view your
profile and check to ensure that your details are
complete and correct.
