SECTION A

From each of the following questions, pick only one. Begin your work on a fresh page and write the
number of the question you selected at the top of the page.

1. Describe your neighborhood or settlement at night


2. A number of factors in the society lead to depression of teenagers. Discuss these several factors
3. Write a story based on either one of the following:
a) It was the bravest form of act I had ever committed
b) ‘’How can you be so cruel,’’ her mother cried.
4. Feminism should be encouraged to put an end to patriarchy. Agree or disagree

SECTION B
Begin your answer on a fresh page.

As the Head prefect, you have observed that the students in your school are misbehaving of late. You
consulted the discipliary committee and they gave you permission to come up with a new set of rules so
as to help curb their cumbersome behaviour. Write a savingram to the students informing them of these
new rules and regulations. Write a maximum of 300 words, involving the following in your savingram;

 The misdemeanor they are displaying


 How it reflects on each individual and the school
 The new rules and how they will help mold their behaviors
 The importance of being on one’s best behavior at all times
 Actions that will be taken for those who fail to comply with the new regulations
