possible sheared off of eng'g plastic, travelling brg. Clearance, rail roller condition.

Check hoist bearing,wire rope and base bolt condition.

Switch-off air supply going to header tanks and open all air drain vavle
Check roof door seals are in place and a good seal is being achieved.
BAGHOUSE FILTER Check-up distributing pipes are in position and secure.
COMPARTMENT
Check-up bagfilter condition from each compartment.

Check-up and remove build-up of material in the filter hoppers.

LOCK Check-up geared motor, oil level. Refill if necessary.

Regrease DE & NDE bearings.

Check-up condition of motor to sprocket transmission chain and lubricate.

Check-up motor base bolts for looseness.

Check-up rotor blade condition (wear or deformation) & clean rotor.


BAGHOUSE FILTER FAN
Check-up and clean impeller.

Check-up filter fan casing for cracks or leaks and loosen bolt.

Check-up base bolt of drive end and free end pillow block bearing.
Check-up & regrease drive end and free end pillow block bearing.
Check-up and service filter fan motor.
Check-up conditions of impeller.

Check-up and adjust discharge plate of bucket elevator (distance = 10-15 mm).

Check-up and inspect bucket elevator belt (Damage to the belt edges, cracks in the
belt surface & expose wire ropes).
BUCKET ELEVATOR 154 Check-up and service bucket elevator motor .
Check turbo coupling condition: Check quality of oil, change oil or refill if necessary,
gear condition, coupling bolt, and alignment.

Check-up alignment of bucket elevator

Check-up and adjust discharge plate of bucket elevator (distance = 10-15 mm).

Check-up and inspect bucket elevator belt (Damage to the belt edges, cracks in the

Check-up solenoid valve condition : replace if necessary.
Check-up diaphragm for possible damage, pneumatic hose and header tank for
CLINKER SILO 3 BAGHOUSE leaks : replace if necessary.
Switch-off air supply going to header tanks and open all air drain vavle
Check roof door seals are in place and a good seal is being achieved.

Check-up distributing pipes are in position and secure.


BAGHOUSE FILTER
COMPARTMENT Check-up bagfilter condition from each compartment : replace if necessary.

Check-up and remove build-up of material in the filter hoppers.

Check-up geared motor, oil level. Refill if necessary.


BAGHOUSE ROTARY AIR Regrease DE & NDE bearings.
LOCK Check-up condition of motor to sprocket transmission chain and lubricate.

Check-up motor base bolts for looseness.
Check-up rotor blade condition (wear or deformation).
Check-up and clean impeller.
Check-up filter fan casing for cracks or leaks and loosen bolt.
BAGHOUSE FILTER FAN Check-up base bolt of drive end and free end pillow block bearing.
13CSHBFFM13_13_MOT1 Check-up & regrease drive end and free end pillow block bearing.
Check-up and service filter fan motor.
Check-up conditions of impeller.
