Good morning ! this is (Agent name) and I am calling from insurance solutions , how are you
doing today ?

I am calling to let you know that you may qualify for an affordable health insurance plan that will
cover all of your copays and deductibles at a very low cost so would you like to know if you
qualify ?

Okay great ! Let me ask you a few questions to see what you qualify for (Pause) Q: What’s your

Q What’s your zip code ?


Q: And is your annual income below $50k ? Must be a Yes
Q: Are you currently on Medicare , medicaid , tricare or VA ? A: Must be a No
