Introduction
The client wants a web application with an attractive design and a very good User Experience.
This document aims to state all the requirements in order to fulfill these requirements.

Project Scope
Design
Within the scope of this project, the design of the following interfaces will be performed:
● Website One Page (no iteration limit)
● Login & Signup & Forget Password & Terms & Privacy Pages
● Admin Dashboard Page
● Admin Profile Page
● Admin Service Page
● Admin Settings Page

Web Interface
Within the scope of this project, the following interfaces and features will be developed:
● One Page responsive landing page according to the agreed design
● Functionality of login & sign up & forget password
● Admin dashboard which has the following features & components:

● Admin profile page that enables users to:
○ Manage their profile photo

In this section, a list of the services and products needed to accomplish the work is defined in
this statement of work:

We provide support to CLIENT-NAME’s team setting up the above accounts.

Deliverables
The deliverables to the client under this Project are as follows:
● Meetings and discussion notes with Project stakeholders.
● Technical analysis and application workflow.
● Mockups and design sources.
● Quality Assurance Documentation including test cases and their results.
● Deployment Note(s).
● Access to the application infrastructure including the database and the source code.
● A hosted solution as specified in the scope.
Assumptions
● The client will provide the required access to the current application to make the required
changes.
● The client will provide an update on all the necessary data that will be on the application.
● The client will make available key personnel as mutually agreed for meetings, planning
sessions, interviews, and critical discussions.
● The client will be responsible for providing all hardware and software licenses required
for development, testing, and production environments.

Implementation Schedule
The tentative implementation project schedule is 10 weeks as indicated below:

This planning may be adjusted after discussions with the client. We are following an Agile
development methodology, and new requirements may arise and get prioritized during the
development phase. If the client requires new features without withdrawing others, the plan will
be extended as well as the project budget.
Project commercials
The total estimated cost for the proposed project is $28,000. This price is calculated based on
the COMPANY-NAME standard developer and designer rates. The below table splits this cost
according to the resources which will be assigned to the project:

Payment schedule
▪ COMPANY-NAME will require a $4,000 as an advance payment to kick off the design
phase.
▪ When the design phase ends, we will start the development phase;
o At the end of the initial 4 weeks, COMPANY-NAME will issue an invoice with
$12,000 to be paid within 15 days.
o At the end of the second 4 weeks, COMPANY-NAME will issue another invoice
with $12,000 to be paid within 15 days.

Expiration
This proposal is null and void if not accepted on or before 30 days after the date of submission
of this document.
