Job Designation - Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products
and services.
Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
Process customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with
company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat
business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer
rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume
and sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Any graduates. Graduation/Diploma is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: English (mandatory) and any one of Kannada, Hindi, or
Telugu.
Experience: Freshers (preferred) or candidates with 6 months to 4 years of experience
in business development, sales, or account management.
Recruitment Criteria: Male and female candidates whose age is not more than 30
years.
Work Location: Onsite project in Dubai (includes accommodation, food, visa, and
travel expenses).
Immediate Joining: Candidates who can join immediately are appreciated.
Requirements:
a) Should possess a valid passport or be willing to apply for one after the interview
process.
b) Must have documentation confirming full double vaccination status.
Preferred Skills:
a) Familiarity with lead generation, customer engagement strategies, or sale life-
cycle management,is an advantage.
b) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
c) Goal-oriented and target-driven.
d) Adaptable to fast-paced environments and willing to relocate for onsite roles.
Job Details
Shift: Rotational Shifts with rotational week offs (6 days working).
Location: Dubai (Onsite).
Salary: Competitive, as per market standards
Food/cooking Allowance,Visa, Accommodation & Transportation provide from home to
