Step 1 : Start All Programs Libre Office Text Document
Step 2 : Type the following text
Styles and formatting
Paragraph Styles
Character styles
Frame Styles
Page Styles
List Styles
Step 3 : To change the font type : Arial Narrow , Font size : 12 , Font colour : Red and apply
heading as bold , italic and underline.
Step 4 : Place the cursor in the text and click format styles and formatting option or F11.
Step 5 : Select list styles icon and choose any list style and then double click.
Step 6 : Save the file.
Result : The list styles are applied successfully.

(Page wrap, Optima page wrap, Wrap Left , Wrap Right, Wrap Through)
Step 4 : Save the file.
Result : The text wrapping options was applied successfully.

Step 3: Select the range of data with column heading.
Step 4: Click on data Subtotals , Subtotals dialog box appears.
Step 5: In 1st Group by box, select the item column.
Step 6: In 2nd Group Group by box, select the company column.
Step 7: In calculate subtotals for box, select Quantity column.
Step 8: Select the function sum from the use function box.
Step 9: Click Ok.
Step 10: Save the file.
Result: The subtotal was calculated successfully.

Step 5: In source data range select C3:E7 in PA- 2 sheet and click add button.
Step 6: In source data range select C3:E7 in PA-3 sheet and click add button.
Step 7: In copy result to tab, select C3:E7 in Final Mark sheet and click ok button.
Step 8: Save the file.
Result : The marks were consolidate successfully.

Step 6: In Target value tab type 95.
Step 7: In variable cell tab select cell B1.
Step 8: Dialog box appears click yes.

Step 3 : Click Forms in Data Base Pane and click Use wizard to create a form.
Step 4: In form wizard click Field Selection and choose table as Product, change the all
fields to field in form and click the Next button
Step 5 : Click setup a sub form option and click the Next button.
Step 6 : Click Arrange controls and choose the any option and click the Next button.
Step 7 : Click Set data entry choose The form is display all data and click the Next
button.
Step 8 : Click Apply Styles and choose Apply Styles = Violet , Field Border = 3D look
and click the Next button.
Step 9: Click Set Name and type Product Details and click the finish button.
Step 10 : Save the file.

the fields to fields in report and click the Next button.
Step 5: Choose Labeling fields option and click the next button.
Step 6: Click Grouping option and click the Next button.
Step 7: Choose the Sort options and click the Next button.
Step 8: Click Choose layout option and click the Next button.
Step 9: Click create report option and click the Next button.
Step 10: Save the files fully.
