Project one manage web based system project

Assume that you required as It expert in xyz import and export company
with Job description analysis business of a company with respect to
technology ,propose solution build solution and implement it, the company
mainly working on exporting various items like Gold, livestock ,coffee and
others to deferent country side to side , the company import various items
like machinery ,food and beverage .cosmetics and other form different to
domestic purpose .to successful accomplishes its jobs the company
structured and organize as follow

 Stock division it works division in company which responsible to


manage stock, it includes item registration and application of
operation on the data .
 Finance division it is works a division which takes responsible to
perform all financial activities
 Customer relation division it helps to manage frequent instruction of
accompany customers
 Human resource division under this division all human resource of the
company is managed

This all units of company are performing their routine manually, as an it


expert you are expected to analysis business the business with respect to
ICT gaps, propose system solution and propose system implementation
strategy ,based on the given information the candidate expected to
perform the following tasks.

Task1. Analyze and state given business and information system needs?

Task2. Prepare system infrastructure strategy ?

Task3. Prepare bill of quantity for the solution ?
