CAP ROUND 2 - ADMISSION NOTICE
All students allotted D.G. Ruparel College in CAP Round 2 of the Centralized
Admission Process (CAP) for FYJC (Std XI) are hereby informed to complete the
admission process as per the steps below:
1. CAP PORTAL ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
Log in to https://mahafyjcadmissions.in and verify that you have been allotted
D.G. Ruparel College in CAP Round 2. Upload required documents and click
"Proceed for Admission."
2. COLLEGE ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS : (VMEDULIFE PORTAL)
Admission Form Link will be sent to your official e mail and mobile fill the
admission form.
3.DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED (PDF/JPEG, max 1 MB each) on college
admission portal :
- SSC Marksheet
- School Leaving Certificate
-CAP Allotment Letter
-Aadhaar Card
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
-Special Category Certificates (if applicable)
-Recent Passport-size Photograph
-Any other supporting document
4. REPORT TO COLLEGE FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & FEE PAYMENT
Visit the college between 18th July 2025 and 21st July 2025 with original
documents and photocopies. Pay the admission fees after verification by using
online payment mode like Gpay / Phonepay etc.
IMPORTANT:
- Uploading documents on CAP portal and VM Edulife registration are both
mandatory.
-Admission will be incomplete without completing all steps.
- Failure to report by 21st July 2025 will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
5. Note on Bifocal Admissions
Important Instructions & Subject Fess Information:
All students seeking admission to Bifocal Subjects must fill out the online application form
sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
📝 Form Submission Instructions:
Fill all the details carefully and upload the required documents.
Choose your subject preferences in the correct order (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
Ensure that your documents are clear and in the correct format (PDF/JPEG).
⏳ Last Date to Submit the Form:
23rd July 2025 (Tuesday) till 5.00 p.m.
The Merit List for the same will be displayed on college notice board on 25/07/2025
And payment of fees schedule will be displayed accordingly.
