Below is your Glow-Up Routine, step by step, for your entire body, face, and pigmentation issues,
with product names and how to use them.

YOUR GLOW-UP ROUTINE – STEP BY STEP

DAILY ROUTINE (EVERY DAY)

MORNING ROUTINE

FACE

1. Wash Face

o Product: Simple Refreshing Face Wash

o How: Massage gently on wet skin for 30 sec → rinse → pat dry.

2. Apply Brightening Serum

o Product: Deconstruct Brightening Serum (5% Niacinamide + 1% Alpha Arbutin)

o How: 2-3 drops on face → gently pat in → focus around mouth and dark circles.

3. Apply Moisturiser

o Product: Simple Light Moisturiser OR Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion

o How: Smooth evenly on face and neck.

4. Apply Sunscreen

o Product: Dr. Sheth’s Ceramide & Vitamin C SPF 50

o How: Use 2-fingers worth → cover face, neck, upper lip.

o Reapply every 3-4 hours if stepping out.

BODY

1. Shower with Body Wash

o Product: Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash

o How: Lather on wet skin → rinse well.

2. Apply Body Lotion

o Product: Minimalist 5% Lactic Acid Body Lotion


o How: Apply to damp skin → focus on underarms, elbows, knees, thighs.

3. Underarm Roll-On (optional)

o Product: Chemist at Play Underarm Roll-On

o How: Roll on underarms after bath → helps brighten pigmentation.

NIGHT ROUTINE

FACE

1. Wash Face

2. Face Pack

▪ 1 tbsp Curd

▪ Few drops Lemon juice

o How: Apply → leave 10-15 mins → rinse off.

Body Scrub + Pack (Every Sunday)

1. Exfoliate Body

o Option 1 → Product: Dove Exfoliating Body Polish (Crushed Almonds)

o Option 2 → DIY: Rice flour + honey + curd + turmeric paste

o How: Rub on damp skin → scrub gently 3-5 mins → rinse off.

2. Apply Ubtan Pack (Detan)

o DIY Mix:

▪ 2 tbsp Besan

▪ ½ tsp turmeric

▪ 1 tbsp milk OR curd

▪ Few drops lemon juice

rinse.

3. Moisturise Body
