3. What is PTW?
- PTW (Permit to work) is a written legal document, which is, ensure that work is done safely.
4. What is a JSA?

described controls are adequate to reduce the risk to ALARP (As Low as reasonably
practicable)

for monitoring the safety of an area and the assets within it, and providing clearance to work
in that area at any particular time an issue the permit.

- Request and planning,
- Identify/Approved control.
- Work side control implement.
- Authorise PTW
- Communication control
- Dynamic risk
- PTW hand over, suspended and extension
- Close and hand back.
9. What is IWAP team?
- IWAP team means (Integrate work activity plan), It is a team who will be decide the work
