1. Tell me about yourself.

I have over 4 years of experience in the IT industry, currently working at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

3. Why are you leaving your current company (TCS)?

TCS has given me a great foundation, but I feel ready to take on new challenges and explore a different work

culture. Im looking for opportunities that will allow me to take more ownership, engage with different

technologies, and grow in leadership something I believe Infosys offers.

4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths include strong analytical skills, adaptability, and effective communication. Im known for being

dependable in high-pressure situations. One area Im working on is delegation. I used to take on too much

myself, but Ive been learning to trust my team more and focus on collaboration.

5. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

In five years, I see myself in a leadership role where Im managing a team, guiding strategic initiatives, and

playing a key part in delivering high-impact solutions. I want to continue learning and contributing to

innovative, large-scale projects.

6. How do you handle stress and pressure?

I handle stress by staying organized and prioritizing tasks effectively. I also believe in clear communication

and reaching out when support is needed. Taking short breaks and maintaining a healthy work-life balance

helps me stay focused and productive even under pressure.

7. Tell me about a challenge you faced at work and how you resolved it.

In one project, we faced frequent production issues due to poor legacy code. I initiated a proposal for

refactoring key modules and collaborated with QA to implement better testing practices. It took extra effort,

but within a few sprints, the production issues dropped significantly, and client satisfaction improved.

8. Are you willing to relocate?

Yes, I am open to relocating. I believe being on-site, especially in a dynamic environment like Infosys, can

offer better collaboration and learning opportunities.

9. What are your salary expectations?
