I can work hard and consistently to achieve a goal if that helps me in growing and
learning. I can motivate myself to do a task even when there are multiple obstacles
and I can complete it. However, my weakness is being over self motivated because
in that process I lose myself and get too goal oriented.

how you deal with it
I recently joined the job after graduation, and the most
significant challenge I faced was the volume of work I was
assigned to what I used to do in university. It was a challenge
for me to complete the task and deliver it on time. I faced
issues initially but then decided to work on some time
management strategies
4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
After 5 years, I can see myself with upgraded skills pursuing a senior position and
being a part of the growth of the company
5.What are your salary expectations?
As a fresher, I improve my knowledge and skills. So, salary is not a
priority for me, my priority is to gain experience and improve my skills.
