Project overview
We are building a decentralized NFT marketplace allowing users to buy, sell, trade, and manage
NFTs and various game tokens on blockchain networks (Ethereum, Phantom, or multi-chain). The
platform will focus on seamless user experience, security, scalability, AI-powered personalization,
and advanced analytics. Core features include wallet integration, smart contract minting &
trading, gamification elements, staking, royalties management, marketplace search optimization,
and fraud detection.
We already have the completed figma design.

Job Descriptions for Each Role
1. Senior Blockchain Lead (Technical Blockchain Manager)
Responsibilities:
Architect blockchain infrastructure and smart contract systems.
Lead blockchain protocol evaluation (Ethereum, Phantom, multichain).
Oversee smart contract development, audits, and security.
Manage blockchain development team and coordinate with backend/frontend.
Ensure scalability, interoperability, and performance.
Interface with product managers on tokenomics, staking models, royalties, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years blockchain experience, smart contracts & dApps.
Expertise in Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Phantom/Solana).
Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Familiar with Layer 2, bridges, oracles, and interoperability protocols.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary blockchain teams.
Strong documentation, leadership, and architecture skills.
2. Smart Contract Developer
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity/Rust).
Implement minting, trading, royalties, staking, and tokenomics.
Perform contract optimizations for gas efficiency.
Collaborate with auditors for smart contract security review.
Integrate smart contracts with backend via Web3.js/Ethers.js.
Requirements:
3+ years Solidity or Rust experience.
Strong knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs, Layer 2 scaling, and multisig wallets.
Experience with Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor framework.
Prior experience in NFT or gaming projects a big plus.
3. Blockchain Security Engineer
Responsibilities:
Conduct code audits for smart contracts.
Implement security best practices for Web3 applications.
Monitor blockchain transactions for fraud and exploits.
Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Incident response and root-cause analysis for security breaches.
Requirements:
3+ years security engineering.
Expertise in smart contract auditing.
Knowledge of common DeFi/NFT exploits (reentrancy, front-running, oracle manipulation).
Familiarity with security tools: MythX, Slither, Oyente, Certik.
Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, wallets, and custody systems.
4. Senior Frontend Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead frontend architecture design and implementation.
Build seamless, responsive NFT marketplace UI/UX.
Implement wallet integrations (Metamask, Phantom, WalletConnect).
Collaborate with backend, blockchain, AI/ML teams.
Mentor frontend team and enforce best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years React.js (TypeScript preferred).

5. Frontend Developer
Responsibilities:
Develop marketplace UI components.
Integrate wallet features, transaction history, minting flows.
Consume backend APIs and display blockchain data in real-time.
Build reusable component libraries and ensure high code quality.
Requirements:
2+ years React.js development.
Basic Web3.js/Ethers.js experience.
Familiarity with NFTs, marketplaces, and decentralized apps.
Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs.
6. Senior Backend Lead
Responsibilities:
Architect backend infrastructure for marketplace operations.
Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs.
Manage user accounts, transaction history, metadata indexing, and caching.
Integrate with smart contracts via Web3.js.
Lead backend team and ensure scalable architecture.
Requirements:

Build recommendation engines (NFT suggestions, pricing models).

9. DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
