Model & Chatter Workflow-

Overview-
Once you have signed and onboarded your model, taken on a chatter to work on the
account and begun to help your model promote her OnlyFans it is key to have a think about
what you need to be doing in order to make sure fulfilment of the contract goes well and you
make the most money possible. There are systems to put in place so that all parties are
working as effectively as possible.

Model + Chatter Communication-


It is so important that you set up a WhatsApp group chat with your model and whichever
chatter is running the account. By having them communicate well with each other the
account performance will increase drastically.

Custom videos- Often subs will request custom videos that they will pay a lot of extra money
for, eg ‘video of girl doing….. Whilst saying their name.’ These custom videos should range
in price from $75+. When you have someone pay for a custom video it is imperative that it is
fulfilled as quickly as possible, we say within 2 days as a max. Your chatter should be made
aware of this and know to message the WhatsApp chat with you and the model in straight
away to request the custom video with the details of what she needs to create. This is where
it is key to have a chatter and model that work well together as fast fulfilment of these
custom vids will lead to repeat purchase and a climb in revenue.

What content is selling well- Another key element of model chatter communication is going
to be informing the model of what content is selling well at the moment and what she should
focus on creating more of. For example if you have subscribers say into ‘boob’’ content then
make sure the model knows this so she can spend more time focusing on this content
element.

How content could be improved- Your chatter may find that he/she is receiving common
feedback about the models content. One we have had frequently is the likes of ‘I want her to
be louder’ etc. By having your chatter relay these potential improvements to the model it will
lead to more satisfied subs and subsequently more revenue.

It is definitely a good idea to arrange an introductory call between the chatter and the model
in order to build that personal relationship element that should help it all run smoother.

In summary it is essential that you have the chatter and model working efficiently as a team,
LET THEM BOTH KNOW THIS. Much like your relationship with this model, the more money
the chatter makes the more money the model makes the more money you make- you’re all
in this together!

Your communication with the chatter-


It is key that you keep on top of how well the chatter is working, especially initially. I would
recommend logging on everyday for the first week and just read through how they are
replying to messages and selling content, make notes of where they are going wrong or
what could be improved in your eyes. Common things to look out for is how much they are
selling content for and how they are responding to messages on a personal basis, make
sure they aren't just spamming paid messages.

From there get a call booked in with them and go through some examples to teach them
how to improve. We would recommend having a weekly call scheduled with your chatter to
go through progress and how they are doing, initially you need to keep on top of them to
ensure the work is being done, overtime reduce this to having a call to every 2 weeks then
once a month.

Another GREAT way of keeping the chatter accountable is by asking them to send you a
figure of how much they have made at the end of their shift every night. This puts a bit of
pressure on them to perform well and allows you to see how much is being made everyday
and if there are any dips assess why that might be the case. Having them message you this
everyday is something you should be SUPER strict on. Don’t shy away from giving praise
when they put in a particularly good shift, keeping them motivated is key. Make sure you
always pay the chatter as agreed and on time as well, nothing sours relationships like having
to wait on being paid.

Your communication with the model-


With regard to the model management we recommend booking in a call at a specified time
every week to discuss progress and how the past week has gone. In these calls you should
cover-

Roundup of the week- This will be in terms of revenue gained, number of sales etc.

What's going well- Content which has sold well, positive comments by subs etc

What needs improvement- Maybe speed of customs or amount of content (sometimes it may
be going well so you wont need to address improvements)

How the model is feeling- Super important question to ask, address anything that may be
happening personally, once again an opportunity to build up that positive relationship we’ve
discussed so many times

Encouragement- Make sure you keep it positive towards the end of the call and set the tone
for the next week

Rebook- Finally, make sure she is free same time next week, if not arrange a time that works

A couple of text check ins throughout the week is okay but don’t harass the model, you don’t
want to appear desperate. If you ever have an issue with your model for example they are
taking too long on a custom just ask to book a call in NEVER DISCUSS ISSUES OVER
TEXT IT WILL NEVER END WELL!

Summary-
If you follow these processes and steps you will be able to run a very efficient process with
the benefit that realistically you are only having a call every week or two. This is the
outsourcing and freedom we have discussed with you guys and where you should be aiming
to get your agency to.
