Makerspace Laboratory Manual

This manual contains the list of experiments and activities to be performed in the
Makerspace Laboratory (ME25C04) as per Anna University – B.E. Mechanical Engineering
(Regulation 2025). Each experiment includes Aim, Apparatus, Procedure, and Expected
Outcome.

A. Dis-assembly & Assembly Practices

Experiment 1: Tools and handling techniques


Aim: To study and perform Tools and handling techniques.

Apparatus/Tools Required: To be specified based on experiment.

Procedure:
1. Follow standard lab safety rules.
2. Carry out the steps as instructed by the lab manual or faculty.
3. Record observations and verify operation.

Expected Outcome: Students will gain hands-on skills and practical understanding of Tools
and handling techniques.

Experiment 2: Dis-assembly & assembly of home appliances – Mixer Grinder,


Ceiling Fan, Table Fan, Washing Machine
Aim: To study and perform Dis-assembly & assembly of home appliances – Mixer Grinder,
Ceiling Fan, Table Fan, Washing Machine.

Apparatus/Tools Required: To be specified based on experiment.

Procedure:
