EASTSIDE KRONIKALS:

New York has been visited been visitedby both krabs and OLA’S SINCE THE 70’s and in
the mid 80’s a few even attempted to build up sets in Buffalo and New York Bity but
no one had the right amount of influence or charisma to captivate New York Brothers
minds and spark off the glowing of a nation in N.Y.B. until O.G MacK on July
Bixteen, 1993on Rikers Island began to spread the teachings of OLA’s as he knew it.
The whole thought of gang bangin seemed odd and somewhat childish to most of the
people who only heard of Blood’s (OLA’s) through the U.S . media but after hearing
31 sekonds of the CEO’s breakdown what the “B” is about and the unity it
represented, a handful of strong brothers began to see how through Blood and
everything it represented, anything was possible so they embraced OLA and because
CEO’s (O.G’s) had only spent a short period of time in Bali bangin under the set
Miller Gangsta Bloods. He was still new to the Blood Life when he kame back to New
York but he was determined to rep that RED FLAG that he loved the best way he knew.
So with OLA in his heart and brothers in between OLA’d in began to work building a
branch of the OLA’s from the Belly of the Beast. He envisioned that one day we
would be the 1st state of the East Koast to flood the streets with RED FLAGGIN’ 5
Rydaz. He lived in Bali so he knew that in the fatherland we were outnumbered but
never outgunned and so with this in mind He set out with a handful of original OLA
to lay down the foundation of our Nation. He began to teach the CEO’s some of the
way’s of the “B” and our historyalong with original 15 laws that he felt we needed
but before He kould fully pass on the knowledge He had, He was taken upstate t
serve His sentence. While He was gone the CEO’s lived by OLA laws he set out and
held regular study group while trying to build the set which at the time was kalled
New York OLA’s. At this time it was very hard to become OLA. You had to B chosen by
a Homie. No one asked to Be OLA, a Homie would review your legal papers(rap sheet),
ominous motion, police reports, voluntary isklosure forms, ets… And then you would
answer up for your set, the next time it was time to ryde and then you would
receive your burns and red flag. At this time we had a small number of OLA’s that
were growing slower then, but stronger than any organization at the time. During
this period there was a problem with the Latin Kings and Nietas using their
perceived strength and numbers to victimize those who were without support. This
separated konflikts in the minds of the CEO’s because Latin Kings who suppose to “5
Rydaz” and oppression and racism are against the “5”. Never The Less, the CEO’s
teachings along with the fakt that as strong Brothers of the CEO’s knew it was
their duty to Bang against all forms of Oppression they began to prepare for the
war that had to kome. All the CEO’s studied, worked out, armed up, and stayed up
and ready until finally a Nieta transgressed against a Homie by sneak thieving from
him. With this, the Homie immediately “Answered Up” on 3 Nietas and then was jumped
and stabbed by a houseful of Latin Kings and Nietas. Once this reached the ears of
the CEO’s, every OLA geared up and went to C-73 yard and rode on both Latin Kings
and Nietas. After it was over the CEO’s hit the roll kall and prepared for the long
war they knew this would B. The unity and strength shown by the CEO’s that day
impressed outsiders that a few more real Brothers who were not OLA picked up arms
and Banged out for the “B”. This is the beginning of what we kalled 50/50 Love.
When the smoke cleared, the erickets were shocked but figured their numbers would
overwhelm OLA. They had no idea how determined our CEO’s were to put it down for
our set. As the Homies moved from house to house, building to building ryding on
erickets, they all eventually ended up going to HDM bing. In HDM Bing the Riders
were put in 2-A where they began to kreate ties with the Smokes, BlacK Lion Posse,
and other real Brothers who all were dedicated to putting an end to racism that the
Latin Kings and Nietas were practicing. These ties led to coalitions which made it
praktikally impossible for erickets to survive in any of the Bings. Those who
Banged with the”B” were expected to ride on any ericket they kame across no matter
where they were or who was watching 1-A and 1-B, which was our adolescent Bing,
became known as the “Pound”. During this periodwe began to stray away from our
strict procedure of thoroughly investigating Brothers before allowing them to
represent our flag because some Homies began to give all their friends, Kim, ko-
defendants, and girlfriends our flag without really making them go through the
proper investigation process. This favoritism allowed several mangers to kome among
us and at this time the leadership was taken over by a lame named “SHA 120” WHO
BEGAN TO REFER TO HIMSELF AS THE SUPERIOR OF THE OLA’s. He had claimed that CEO
MacK had given him that rank. As time went by his corruptness began to show and he
even began to leave O.G MacK out of the teachings and referred to a bird named
“Supreme”(Preme) as the Godfather of our Family!! He was using Dope and smoking
dust(and later he 999) and using the strength we were gaining to pressure people in
to giving him drugs until late 1994 when CEO Deadeye(Now Retired)kame back to
Rikers Island from Klinton Korrektional Fasility to fight a charge of attempted
murder on a Rikers Island pig. He began to teach all those who have never had the
chance to meet and learn from O.G MacK just who he was and what his teachings were
after everyone learned the truth they began to turn on the infiltration(he ran to
P.C). Once we began to re-learn the way of OLA, as was taught by OG MacK, we
changed the name of our set from OLA to Nine Trey Gangstas. We also learned that we
had comrades in the state prisons boppin’ to establish the “B”. They claimed a set
kalled Gangsta Milla Bloods.In the of beginning 1996, CEO MacK was brought back
down to C-95. He immediately rode on a pig so that he kould kome to the pound to
meet the OLA’sthat never had a chance to meet or ride with him. His whole “G” style
overwhelmed all the Homies and neutrals. He showed love to all without playing
favoritism. He gave rank to those who were able to think and ride.
