Important Instructions to be strictly complied with –

1. You must report to the school latest by 7:40 AM (IST). No student shall be allowed to enter the school premises
thereafter.
2. No student shall be allowed to leave the school premises before the exam is over. To confirm the time and date of
each examination, refer to the above Date-Sheet.
3. You must come to school for the examination in proper school uniform only, along with the school ID card,
otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter the school premises. No school tracksuits will be permitted during
any of the exams, even on Saturdays.
4. Students of classes IX to XII must compulsorily carry the issued hard copy of the Date-Sheet cum Admit Card duly
attested by the respective class teacher else their entry will be denied.
5. This Admit Card issued by the school should be kept carefully by the students. A reissuance fee of Rs.100/- will be
charged on reissuance of Admit Card.
6. Students should follow the instructions given by invigilators, especially for writing Name, Roll Number, Question
Paper SET CODE(A/B) on their Answer Sheet.
7. Students should carry only Transparent Writing Pad and Blue/Royal Blue/Black ball point/Gel/Fountain Pen, Pencil,
Eraser, Scale, Sharpener, Geometry Instruments, Colours, Brushes, etc. in a transparent pouch. WHITE FLUID,
BOOKS, BAGS, MOBILE PHONES & OTHER ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE SCHOOL
PREMISES.
8. STUDENTS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO INDULGE IN ANY UNFAIR PRACTICE. IF FOUND, THE ANSWER SHEET
WILL BE BOOKED UNDER UNFAIR MEANS (UFM) ACTIVITY AND ZERO MARKS WILL BE AWARDED IN THE
RESPECTIVE SUBJECT.
