Darren Menabney leads global organizational development initiatives at Ricoh Company Limited, strengthening employee engagement and building a stronger global culture among Ricoh’s 100,000 employees. As an Associate Professor, he teaches courses in Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills to international MBA students at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University. Before moving to Tokyo, Darren spent over 20 years working for the Canadian federal government, running programs to boost the innovation ecosystem. He is a contributing writer for Forbes.com and FastCompany.com, a TEDx speaker, and teaches Design Thinking and Storytelling online with IDEO U.
