In 20 years of IT experience, I moved through different positions, starting as a consultant, designing and programing software for various industries like pharmaceutical, chemical and media, then as a project manager, and today as a senior IT manager. It was somehow hard to progressively leave the pure technical stuff behind me, but it is today very rewarding to coordinate the work of teams, and to create the working conditions for them to accomplish their best.
