The formation of the e-Learning Consortium (eLC) is to define the standard of e-Learning in HK, both under educational & technological side. eLC acts as facilitator for the ASP and the technology providers a way to test run their solutions in real education environment. Also, education sector will have the chance to test and comment the latest technologies from the IT Industry. The ultimate goal for this consortium is to drive the industry to develop a useable solution so that the primary & secondary schools in HK can really deploy e-learning in Hong Kong.
