am working as professor cum vice principal in era college of nursing since 2013 to till date as a various of responsibilities like adminiatrator, researcher, manager, coordinator etc. i was published more then seven book, 16 chapter , 3 manual , 20 case report . i took more then 40 award in a life period of various activities like corona warrior , women lleadershiop. women empower, star of the year, best nursing supt award, researcher award, best teacher award, best coordiator award, etc. i took more then 45 short course in health care field. am one of nabh implementor, NAAC coordinator, GFATM trainner etc. i was challenged to completed 30 NMC inpection last 20 years of experiences .
