I am a student and practitioner of the art and science of management. I seek to create an environment in which others can execute successfully. My ultimate objective is to render myself redundant to 99% of the activities and decisions, because the people and systems in place are capable of executing without me. I am also a blissfully happily married father of three, and have an unhealthy love of gadgets, Formula One, and playing poker.
