I am the Chief Learning Strategist at ExtensionEngine where I help institutions in higher education understand what online learning --- whether it be traditional credit hour courses, adaptive, or competency-based --- can do for both their organization and their students. I am an experienced leader of global undergraduate business programs --- both at a large public research university and a small private residential college. I have had responsibility for UG admissions, academic services, and career development departments.
