  news, encyclopaedias,
  websites, blogs and forums)
  and to participate to it.
• Internet offers the possibility to
  communicate with anyone in
  the world, by mail, chat or
  programs like Skype.
HOW CAN I BE ACTIVE IN THE WEB?

• The Network offers the
  possibility from your home
  to be involved by
  participating in the
  dissemination of
  information, discussion and
  sharing of ideas.

• You can find information,
  but it's difficult sometimes.

• Once information is found,
  you can share it, by
  participating in interactive
  encyclopaedias such as
  Wikipedia and you can
  write your own article about
  a subject.

  exchange your ideas on the chat. You can choose to share your
