This document summarizes a workshop on learning methods. The workshop aimed to expose participants to three learning methods in one hour, teach new ways to activate learners, and activate participants to learn new methods in the future. It provided warming exercises, discussed various learning methods, had participants reflect on their own learning styles, and reflected on learning at the end. Graphics and exercises were used to engage participants in learning about idea generation and analysis methods. The best method is considered whichever suits one's own strengths and making the most of diversity.
