The General Idea Create a presentation in a supported format Record an audio file ( MP3 recommended ) Upload the presentation to  SlideShare.net Upload the MP3 to a web-visible location In SlideShare, choose Create Slidecast Follow the instructions to locate the file & synchronise the slides to the audio track
