The 'It's my Life' hit-maker was filming a music video for his track 'People's House' on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge in Music City around 6pm, when he noticed a woman in need of help, reports TMZ.

A source told the news site: "Bon Jovi routinely deals with people in crisis from hunger to homelessness, among other issues, through the work with his foundation, the JBJ SOUL FOUNDATION. He has extensive training in speaking with individuals experiencing a crisis... but he did what anyone would have done in that situation."

It's been a busy time in the rock legend's life as he throws himself into a hectic work schedule for his highly-anticipated new music. He did however have time for a huge family moment. Jon opened up for the first time since his son Jake Bongiovi tied the knot with Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown in a secret ceremony in May.

Fans were left stunned when news broke that the 20-year-old actress had quietly said "I do" to her 22-year-old boyfriend Jake Bongiovi earlier this month. The young lovebirds, who began dating in 2021 and got engaged last spring, exchanged vows in a small ceremony attended by their nearest and dearest.

However, they are reportedly planning a larger celebration later this year. During a live TV interview, the rock legend confirmed the reports of the clandestine marriage and couldn't help but gush over the "absolutely fantastic" couple and the "beautiful bride".

While appearing on BBC's The One Show on Tuesday, the 62-year-old 'Living on a Prayer' singer showered the newlyweds with compliments, stating: "They're great, they are absolutely fantastic." Offering a glimpse into the intimate nuptials - which he attended along with Millie's parents - Jon revealed: "It was a very small family wedding and the bride looked gorgeous and Jake is happy as can be, and yeah it's true."

In the past, Jon has defended Millie and Jake's whirlwind romance, comparing it to his own love story with his wife Dorothea, whom he met as a teenager. The couple, who have four children together, will soon be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary.

Speaking to the Times, the rockstar gushed: "It is an accelerated version of what I went through 40 years ago and I think, with the support of family around them, they're going to be great together."
