Dear Sir/Madam:
We, the Accountancy Business Management 1203 students from Muntinlupa National
High School-Main, will be conducting a Corporate Social Responsibility entitled,
“Happiness in Disguise” which aim to give knowledge on proper hygiene and sanitation
properly by means of telling a story to the participants with the highlight of giving
hygiene kit to the children. In line with this, we would like to request 25 kids from your
institution/home to be part of this project.
The program will be as follows:
1st part: PARADE
8:30-9:00 AM the parade will start from your home up to the location (our room).
The safety of the children will be assured by practicing the “buddy-buddy” or 1 student is
to two children from the start of the program up to finish.
2nd Part: THE PROGRAM PROPER
9:00-9:30 Registration
9:30-10:00 Morning Prayer and Exercise
10:00-11:30 Story telling with Moral Lesson (about sanitation and proper
hygiene)
11:30-12:00 Parlor Games
12:00-12:30 Distribution of foods
12:30-12:40 Inspirational Message
12:40-1:00 Balloon Popping (giving of personal gifts)
1:00-1:30 Giving of hygiene kit
Last part: SENDING BACK THE CHILDREN
As planned, the project will start by getting the kids at exactly 8 in the morning and
sending them back at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon on _____ (DATE TBA). In addition,
we will appreciate if 1 or 2 of your staffs will join the said event for some help and of
course for the assurance of the children’s safety.
