I. TITLE: Sharing is Caring : OUTREACH PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN

II. Project Proponent

The class together will make sure that all children that attends in the project
will participate in the activities given for them. The facilitator will guarantee that
the children will be safe inside premises and ensure that there is peace and order
in the activity area during the activities.
In the program we will divide each member of class to assigned as facilitator,
MC, and program coordinator that will organize and arrange the sequence of
activity that are going to be held during the program. And there will be assigned
on the food section, and the price of the participant.

III. Project Implementing Units

We , the student of kings college searching for the venue and participant
for our program. In order to succeed in our outreach program we must helped
 each other, work hard and each member of the class shall do their part and
responsibilities during the activities to attain successful outcome.

IV. Project Duration

The duration of the program will be 8 hours.

V. Length of Implementation

The length of the implementation will be April 3 to 10 , 2023.

VI. Rationale
Outreach program for children are proposed of Personality Development health,
hygiene, spiritual needs, feeding program and giving simply gift to the children
allocated for 28 children from Ampongot Kapangan. The Duration is 8 hours so we
will depart from our school on 6:00 a.m so that we will arrive on the venue before
8:00 a.m. As we go by on our outreach program , we have our resources to be
needed like materials on our activities, tools like speaker, mic , etc. We will provide
some fun activities to create happiness for the children.

The goal of this project is to educate children about the awareness they do not
know like how bad does covid affect our health, our education, etc. To give
happiness and spread love. Our strategies to achieve our goal is we will conduct
each member of the class to pay our contribution either you will come or not, for us
to provide enough needs, foods and materials for this project. The Children will
experience more exciting games that we will introduce to them like writing letters
to your friends, singing, playing tug of war, longest line and etc. We will also discuss
the importance why we should wear mask everyday, social distancing and how
important to wash our hands thoroughly and using alcohol regularly.

VII. Project Objectives
- Develop awareness and understanding of the communities that we live in and
learn and appreciate the goodness of life through little things
- To spread love, care and share knowledge to the children
- To educate them more about the risk on getting covid 19, why we use facemsk
everyday and the importance of using alcohol. And maintaining social
distancing to everyone.
- Develop leadership and the ability to work for the community.
- Advocate for helping and donating those in need.

VIII. Step by Step Procedure

1. Select Community for the venue of our program.
2. Set the project goods, what form of goods will be given and Identifying the need
of the chosen community

 Slippers
 Hygiene kit - alcohol, facemask
 Clothes
  School supplies
 Gift - tokes , candies, biscuit and etc.
3.Packaging and organizing the goods
The assigned member of the class will organize and design the goods and
pack the gifts for the children and to the head of the school and other partners
on implementing this project.
1. Distribution of Goods
After the event the class must all participate on giving the gifts to everyone
who help to make this project come through.

IX. Coverage of the Project

We will some activities that children can be engaged , to make sure that they can
still adapt normally even in different environment and status.

 GTK 30 minutes( introducing ourselves and introducing their selves.

It is for them to knows us , what our roles and reason why were
having this program.

 Story telling with/without acting

Lending stories where children can gain lesson that can be impacted ti them ,
also to know how they’ll interact by answering the question after
listening to the stories.

 Fun Outdoor Games

Enhancing their physical health and developing their ability on outdoor
activities, engaging the children to learn and play with others. And
teaching them about sportmanship.

 Draw (anything that they want to be)

For them to know themselves more, express their feelings and enhance their
ability on drawing.

 Talent ( show their talent It will start from us class then the children )

For them to initially shows their talent , to gain confidence, to think that
there’s no harm on showing your talent.

 Reflection ( what they learn from us, what they want to be in the future,
sharing our experience like why we are studying. )

To make them see the reality with positivity , for them to understand and
see the good things in the situation they are in. To express their
thoughts on what they think about us, the program and why we doing
this. To fill their curiosity.
X. METHODOLOGY

We The Student of Kings College of the Philppines will be conducting community

service the Ampongot Barrid Kapangamn entitled Spreading love to children:
outreach Program. We will conducting activities to help to learn more their
environment. We will also discuss our objectives ,goals, and purpose of this
community service that we are aiming for success of everyone. The Ampongot
Kapangan was chosen because they are far from the city and the community is not
still civilized. And lack of classroom for the children which they have only two
classroom where grade 1 to 6 study. We are about to encourage them that they
should not let the problem of classroom or lack of classroom will affect their studies
or stop their studies. We will give some prizes to the student to be more active on
participating the activities. We ready many different activities to make this project
exciting and fun for all of us. To all college student that are needed to be unbind to
the situation of some children that are needed to give some time and effort to
change some aspects of their lives. If we can help, we are sure that you can also do
help.
