The CASTUSU INTEGRATED SCHOOL conducted a career guidance program for grades 7-10 led by the new school administrator Mr. Roger G. Tolentino and guidance coordinator Geralyn C. Marcelo. The purpose was to help students identify their strengths, interests, and potential careers. Students learned how to choose and plan their careers for the future. As part of the activity, students dressed as their chosen careers such as doctors, nurses, police, teachers, chefs, and lawyers. The career guidance program was successfully completed and showed that even at a young age the students have dreams that will help them become better people in the future.

NARRATIVE REPORT
July 27, 2017, we in the CASTUSU INTEGRATED SCHOOL conducted a short program on CAREER
GUIDANCE to the Grade 7-10 students, with the leadership of our newly installed school
administrator, Mr. Roger G. Tolentino. This program was spearheaded by me, Geralyn C.
Marcelo as the school guidance coordinator in the High School Department with the
cooperation of all the teachers of our school.

The purpose of conducting this program is to provide guidance to the students who are facing a
variety of career challenges. It is designed to help our students identify their natural personality
strength and their potential vocational interest, skills, and values. This activity was conducted
by informing the students on how to choose or plan their career, on what would they become
in the future.

And when our students had chosen already the career they want to be in the future we let
them dressed up with their chosen career. There were students who were dressed up like a
doctor, nurse, police, teacher, chef, lawyer, architecture and many others.

Above all else this activity in CAREER GUIDANCE was done successfully. It shows that even at an
early age, our students have already their dreams in life that will make them a better person in
the future.
